Elizabith screamed as the shocks ran thorugh her body-she snarled and now attempted to move even more-even with the shocks they would need the Serum


Lucinda was sitting at the edge of the forset-she had seen the fight and was going to either kill or welcome them. She hd no signal from anyone and would be extremly ticked off if she could.


Maria was watching a moniter. She was bored. She saw one of the doctors come out with another control experiment holding on to wht she would assume was an uncontroled one. She clicked a button and her voice came on over the intercom-sublty wasn't a strong suit
"Maire wants to know if today is the day her glitch will be fixed?"

((Well, since we're introducing new characters, here's one that I've been trying to put into the story, but couldn't.))



Karin stepped through the foliage. She knew that they had to ba around here somewhere. There had been sightings of strange lights and all sorts of damaged trees, all originating from this area.
Then, she caught the scent on her tongue. She tasted strength, scales, magic, and energy. Lots of energy, all kinds of it, so much it was almost unbearable. Special people. People like her. She moved in their direction. Yes, she was close. They were not him, but they might know him. maybe they could help.

Strobe was set down roughly in the Assistant Directors office.
"In thought you were taking me to the Viper Squad Commander."
"He's indisposed," Hashford said, sitting at his desk nonchalantly. He popped a candy from it's wrapper and into his mouth, "So I'll be taking care of you until he gets back. he's a busy man, you know." Hashford chuckled a bit as he said it.

Ventus looked over the side of the cliff. Most people would have gotten dizzy at the terrifying height. Ventus loved it. He wondered, if he jumped, could he fly all the way to that shiny tower in the middle of the city? He bet he could, but he didn't know if the other boy in their group would like it. He seemed kind of stiff to Ventus. He needed to learn how to have fun. Ventus settled it in his own mind. The other boy would play with him next time they stopped, no matter what.

Karin came to a cliff face, and she looked up. There, she could see them, the ones she smelled before. How she would get to them, she did not know. Tony was always the problem solver, not her. Nevertheless, she began to look for hand holds along the face of the cliff. Not being a very skilled climber, she didn't really find any she thought could support her weight.
I guess I'll meet up with them on the lower side, near the highway, She thought to herself as she walked away.
((Couldn't think of any new developments for the other two just yet...))

Crow followed Ventus and his passenger silently, they were making good progress without the interruptions that they had encountered so plentifully before. As they approached what looked to be a small drop Crow focused in on it, the walking was slow, but necessary. As they approached he saw the drop widen into a cliff, one that looked over the entirety of a city. Ventus eyes seemed to grow alight with excitement, his thoughts at the moment would be correct. It worried Crow, he believed any suspicious activity this close to the city could really cost them some worry. Suddenly he was stricken with the all too frequent feeling of being watched, he looked around without moving his head, trying not to make it obvious that he was searching. He really hoped that what he would see would not wind up being another enemy.

"Perfect, yes!" The scientist said, taking the vial from her hand and immediately fitting a syringe into it. He they plunged the needle directly into the restrained girl's heart and squirted it in.

Ventus recognized where they were going, and realized he knew the best way to go. He turned and pointed to a more subtle slope, one with a game trail that wound it's way down toward a highway.
"Miami." Ventus said, remembering the name Angelo had used when they had gone there so many years before. They had taken care of a pretty nasty Natural at the time, and had almost died. It had been fun.

Karin leaned against a tree near the highway. This area of the marshes were protected lands, so, despite the danger it represented, the tree stayed. It had been hard enough to get the petition signed that the road was a good idea in the first place. Killing more of the natural swamp life? Not happening. And, so she waited for her quarry. It couldn't be long now, if they were still moving. She had just walked over, and she was pretty sure that the ones she were waiting for were much faster than herself.

((wow, for once, i am confused. who is looking at the 'group' right now? on the cliff?))

Kaori thought she heard something. But she couldnt quite tell. She looked around, seeing if anybody was there. Then she replied to Ventus.
"yea, its Miami alright, hopefully we can recover there." she said slowly.

((right, now time to make contact.))

Kaori, not sure if she really did hear someone or it was just the wind, decided to take another look. nothing by the cliff gave her any idea what talked, but as she trailed her eyes down the ridge, she spotted a girl on the side of the highway, staring at them.
"woah, wait, who's that?" she said, pulling the group to a halt and pointing to the girl at the side of the road.

Kaori stared at the girl as if she had just handed her a riddle to solve.
"what??" she said confused.
