4 tails out is the most he gets in the series before yamato convinces him not to use the Kyuubi power anymore. Its a good and bad thing I guess - be cool seeing him go apeshit with all 9 tails out but he'd prolly die from it and take a good 100 square miles out with him lol

I havent gotten all the way into the manga - what I was talking about is just up to the shippuden episodes around 50 (around his fight with orochimaru) - wicked badass fight by the way - and on narutowire they have shippuuden up to about 90 now
