Cam listened to her, nodding solemnly, and squeezing her hand lightly when she said she would rather not have existed to save the others that Voldemort had killed. He nodded at that, but shook his head when she laughed at herself.
"Maybe, but..." he pulled her aside, out of the main road, and turned her to face him.
"That's great of you to say. Well...the thought of it. It's very noble." he told her with a smile, leaning forward a little.
"I ever tell you I like girls with good qualities, like being noble?" he asked softly, inching ever so closer, their noses touching.

Cherry smiled. "No you didn't really mention it." she said her lips parting ever so slightly with her nose against his.

Cam chuckled. "Well, I wouldn't like it if you didn't exist...but the thought behind it was nice." he said softly, closing the distance between them in another long, soft kiss on her lips. He put his free arm around her and pulled her closer to him as he continued to hold it.

Cherry smiled as she felt her heart beat harder against her chest. "You're really quite lovely at that... kissing I mean." she said happily. To be perfectly honest he kissed her like he needed her, and it was rather heart warming. Sometimes it was hard for her to get used to being around someone so affectionate, having spent most of her time as a loner at Hogwarts. She was sure she would adapt to it nonetheless.

Cam smiled, laughing softly. "Well, I only got the chance to do it once or twice with my first girlfriend...I found it felt great, and I just wanted to do it again." he explained with a grin. "Besides, I find your lips are kind of sweet." he added softly, hugging her and leading her up the street to the Three Broomsticks.

She laughed. "Well don't get to used to the sweet part. I'm actually pretty feisty when I want to be." and she gave him a simple wink. She followed his lead into the pub and suddenly felt her arm burn. She had gotten used to ignoring it by now and made sure her complacent smile never failed.

"Feisty? Good." Cam said with a mischievous grin. "I like a woman who has her own opinions and fights to uphold them." he said, leading her into the pub. He bought two Butterbeers, payed for both, and walked over to a small booth slightly separated from the rest of the patrons.

Icia walked down the halls heading back to the Hufflepuff common room. Of course she had to make a fool of herself in front of a cute guy. She shook her head; damn her friend for ditching her. She looked outside the window and saw the boy with a girl and rolled her eyes, then kept walking.
((I won't be on starting Tuesday because I'm going on vacation and I won't be back for a week. I don't know if I'll have internet access, so if I don't get ahold of you, have a merry christmas and I'll try to post as soon as I get back.))

Raven Rae Knight Neville smiled. "You're right, Carina. This will be easier than I'd thought." He said giving her hand a squeeze. "You're so wonderful, Carina. I"m glad that.." He said looking at the ground. He was still nervous about speaking his feelings regardless of their status. "I'm glad that I have you." He said moving closer to kiss her cheek tenderly. . (Gah, i've slacked for far too long!) Carina was glad she could reassure him. She let Neville kiss her on the cheek, and she returned the favor, but unfortunately, she bid him goodnight, for she was about to pass out, due to the fact it was way early in the morning.

"Thanks for the butterbeer." Cherry said taking a seat. "I love it here. Kind of peaceful but still not lonely." she said. She then pulled her long red ponytail a little tighter and sipper her butterbeer. "So is your family very proud of you for staying hereor do they think you should quit school because of what the Prophet say?" she asked inquisitively.

Cam smiled at her, sitting down across from her. "No problem." he said, then he laughed.
"They are proud of me staying, and are even proud of me fighting back, whenever I can. They know that the Prophet's been taken over, and they still read it, in case there's SOME bit of news." he said, taking a sip of his drink.
"They're worried, sure, but to them, Hogwarts is a little safer than outside, because the Death Eaters won't kill inside the school." he added.

"I'm not so sue of anything that Death Eaters won't do. My grandfather had told me that perhaps I shouldn't go back to school. He wanted so much to protect me and I wouldn't let him. Then when I came back to school this year sure enough he died. Sometimes I wonder if maybe I shouldve just stayed home. But then again I know that if there will be a war I will fight in it." she said bravely, still speaking in a low voice so no attention was drawn to her and Cam.

Cam reached over and put a hand over hers. "Cherry, I don't want to sound callous, because I truly sympathize with you...but you know the Death Eaters. If they wanted him dead, it wouldn't have mattered. I believe the only reason you are here with me today is because you came to school, although...had it been my grandfather, I would have rather been beside him, fighting back." he looked into her eyes and squeezed her hand.
"But if the war should come here...know that I will stand beside you. Even if this relationship falls through, I'll be here to help you." he promised.

"I suppose you are right. If Voldemort had his mind set on killing Albert it wouldn't have mattered if I had been there "I keep a book of all my theories and plans to kill or destroy him. I feel I could be really successful at destroying him. Like maybe he couldn't kill me becasue I am such a huge part of him. My Grandfather mentioned once that Voldemort's downfall might be that he can not destroy his own flesh and blood. What do you think?" she asked. She really vauled Cam's opinion. Simply because hev was very intellignent, atlest she thought so anyway, and he seemed to really care about what she had to say. Which was also important to her because she always had a lot to say.

"Entirely possible." Cam said. With his free hand he sipped his drink: the other held hers.
"The reason he branded your arm, and has spared you all these years, must be because he wishes for you to join him." he ventured.
"I don't believe he would have let you live if he didn't have a plan for you. He apparently revels in killing...you wouldn't have been much different, unless he needed you." he squeezed her hand again. "I'm sorry that I have to scare you with thoughts of that, but that's how I see it." he whispered.
