Original RPG maker. omg. I thought he only made the platformer. I'm pretty sure it was just the platformer. It was kinda neat. I wish that platformers were easier to make. I mean, they're fairly easy, but you can't really do a whole lot gameplay wise. With RPGs people don't mind, because all RPGs pretty much -play- the same (or similar, RPGfags), but I just wish I could make an awesome platformer.

True. that's probably why FPS took over as the dominant genre these days, since platformers used to be the s**t: They ran out of s**t to do. With wars always going on and technology being constantly evolved (guns, games, and otherwise), it's not likely that we'll see the FPS downfall for a long time.
Not that I'm complaining.

I just got an order in for the last two DVDs of Simoun. Here's hoping they come soon; I'm going through withdrawal. The opening and ending coming up randomly on my playlist doesn't help. gonk

@Fish: I know what you mean, every 'good' game nowadays is an FPS. I pretty much won't play any of them, they're all too similar.
