Yeah... Maybe alittle.
The first time it stuck, it might have because of a status change or attempt at status change. Dox Tried to change Chris into something. Maybe the Phantom thought it was an attempt to make him smarter.
This time Bizarro turned smart.
But that doesn't explain Scott's misfortune.
