Tacos have to be my all time favorite food. Besides pickles. XD And penguins are my favorite animals, next to the Thylacine, but those are 'extinct'. So, why can't your favorite food and animal take over the world?

Everyone knows that Walt Disney's head will become president in 2016 and will proceed to hand over all governmental powers to the all-seeing partridges, who are quite distressed after being shoved in pear trees for decades. They'll chop down all pear trees, resulting in the extermination of the pear race.
This will anger Matthew Perry, who will lead an uprising with his army of hybrid pears, which will start a war of Birds VS Pears VS Travelocity Gnomes, who were originally like Switzerland and neutral, but were run over by hotel carts one too many times and wanted to exact revenge.
You see, World War 3.14 will lead to the near-destruction of the human race, and the remaining humans will flee to the moon and start a moon-worshipping cult and a diet consisting only of moon cheese.
That is the history of the world.
