If I were to make a team of poison pokemon in the game, say to be like a poison type gym leader, what pokemon do you think I should have in it to make it a good challenging team? I've been asked to take the roll of a poison type gym leader for wi-fy battles in another guild.

I would say Drapion, Weezing, Crobat, Tentacruel, Vileplume/Victreebel and Gengar.
I was also thinking that sometime in the RP that I'd have Kasiya become a specialist in Poison-types. But then I backtrack and say Dark, then Electric. Can a trainer specialize in 3 types? XD

Poison types are my fave, but I decided to go with diversity in tactics instead. In order to have a truly deadly drapion I would need it to have Night Slash. And I've not Diamond and so no Skuntank to breed with. Can I borrow a Stunky from someone?

Sir Upper Crust the 3rd Poison types are my fave, but I decided to go with diversity in tactics instead. In order to have a truly deadly drapion I would need it to have Night Slash. And I've not Diamond and so no Skuntank to breed with. Can I borrow a Stunky from someone? Yessir, that not be a problem. Would you like to borrow my beloved Lucifer? ^.^
Edited 'cause I read that wrong. I have a nice Drapion that I bred to have Night Slash a long time ago. I might actually have a spare Skorupi left over from the babies if you'd like. ^_^

But if I just give him a Skorupi then he won't have to breed at all. It would already know Night Slash and such. Plus, boosted EXP and another Trainer ID for the Lottery. Eh? Eh?

Steels-types. That's where it's at, yo.
Personally, Poison-types are my favorite. But Kilik specializes in Steels a bit better and more. Two steels as opposed to one Poison. Take in that he's adding a Bastiodon, Bronzong, and Probopass and...there you have it.
Five steels as opposed to two poisons (in Weezing and Toxicroak).
