Seph shrugged quickly finishing off the first hotdog "Well theres only one way to find out don't ya think. Still no more food after these since I'm not gonna be exercising it off tomorrow" she decided choosing to be somewhat sensible this evening while she watched the number of musicians in the arena tripled then followed by a crowd of dancers. "Well considering those dancers aren't wearing much clothing I think it sucks that I'm expected to cover up more" she moaned.

Alpha hesitated watching the new acts coming out before giving Jenna a slow nod "Yeah the show isn't bad I guess, I'm just not all that bothered about jugglers. Nothing personal to them. They are only just starting the ceremony though Barbaros, as if they are gonna start with all the big acts. they are clearly trying to build it up"

Hebal gasped happy to see one of the jugglers had gone right up close to their window probably to catch a glimpse of Gil through the glass "Ooh wow I'm gonna like it here and maybe get the carrot soup and the smoked salmon to eat" she pondered waving at the juggler "I'm liking the dancing costumes, they are so swishy!"

Oassu smiled petting Cid's head happily "Guess so, didn't exactly see tame monsters roaming the streets when I was there though can you only tame some of them or just the ones tht come close to the city?" he asked "And why's he so much more experienced at negotiation I thought he was like a War minister or something" he said.

Gil shrugged "It's just in honour of the winners really Mari and that Garif should be here if you asked me but sure it's nice enough and it gives us a good view of the performance when they fly that close" he said looking past the jugglers who were beginning to disperse out the top of the arena to the dancers on the ground.

Zadina nodded "Sure they are swishy but they don't look especially protective or warm, probably just wear them so they can move better for this performance" he said giggling hearing Hebal wanted Carrot soup "Though technically we shouldn't be here...it's really only reserved for the champion and his extra guest right?" he whispered to Hebal.

Itaka grinned rolling his eyes "Honey they are at least wearing SOMETHING in public and your armour was about on par with what they are wearing before you broke it" he said handing Seph another hot dog "And I doubt one morning of no exercise is going to make you balloon out" he said

Jenna shrugged "Maybe because you can do the same thing, I mean that's what's so impressive about it doing dangerous stuff other people can't though it's not exactly dangerous for you" she said watching as the jugglers left the arena via the roof "Must be making room for a new performance" she said.

Barbaros chuckled "Guess that means they'll be busting out the fireworks or the big magic spells or something soon" he said happily "Ah my kids would love to see this, they've never seen fireworks well before" he said making a note to buy some sometime.

Felina smiled applauding the jugglers as they made their way off stage "You're right sort of, since Dysocu is the one who is in charge of the entire elven army he often gets a big say on things like foreign policy which includes negotiation with other countries. Way more of a say than on domestic policies. And its forbidden to let fiends into the city, tamed fiends must stay with in the 50 forest outpost or within the forest. Therefore what gets tamed and looked after depends on size, how good they are at taming fiends since some are more feral than others, confidence and effort required. The General keeps Behemoths to my knowledge where as less competant rangers will stick with lupines"

Satoshi nodded stretching her legs as the staff returned and handed her the rum she ordered and a menu "Thanks you guys" she grinned scanning the menu "Ahh this is good stuff... and you are the grand champion ser making you the most important person tonight, though I do admit it is a pity Mari didn't want to come today, especially after getting a trophy"

Seph nodded her head knowing it was true "Oh yes I am more than aware that people think significantly less about Alpha's dress sense when in his demon form than they do with me, they just tend to overlook it. Though there is an obvious reason as to why I am somewhat humanoid" she snickered nodding her head along to the music. "In the demon world anything or anyone wearing clothes is ridiculed"

Alpha laughed "Nah its not appropriate for school but definitely one of the family pulling a stunt like that one. You guys should have tried sneaking up to the top levels, I bet that would be worth the risk. Ahh I often used to make small fireworks to entertain the kids. I could always give ya a small show" he said fondly recalling the memory.

Hebal yawned pointing at each thing she wanted on the menu "I'll have some of these please miss" she ordered giving them her menu back. "They lay eggs and everything too which I suppose is how their population is so high hehe. That must be a weird feeling but gria have some perks like those cute little tails" she whispered.

Oassu smiled "Yeah eccentric folks are the people who tend to get in trouble and Agralia can kill behemoths though you keep dragons as well? Why does your dad let so many dangerous things into the city?" he asked confused.

Gil chuckled "It'll be fine I just hate how little whisky you tend to get in one glass" he said looking out at the dancers "Still it's nice enough here but what on the dessert menu catches your eye" he said trying to spy the menu.

Itaka chuckled "Well yeah we're not exactly able to go into your world though so we would need some kinda mega protective clothing to bear even a small visit there, you guys aren't ever going to need to worry about an invasion from our world at least" he said.

Jenna smiled "You can make fireworks? Didn't know that, fireballs and fire streams and any kind of fire spell but colourful fireworks I didn't expect you could do" she said admiring the fire displays in the Arena.

Barbaros groaned "Well I'm not exactly the stealthiest of people and if I get caught don't want my kids to have to suffer as a result of it" he said feeling guiltier than ever "I'm more required when there's explosives needed or something" he said.

Zadina giggled "You seem to want a lot Miss Hebal but so long as the Gria manage to stay about with their odd population thing I'll be happy they are a useful ally for us" he said "Though it's nice you think their little tails are cute I hear some are self conscious about them" he said.

Felina sighed "Hey relax they are kept under control just outside the forest. But I thought you would have worked that one out with the amoun't of dragons flying about attacking the Agralian airships when they tried to invade. I think it's because he's a summoner that he is more open about magical creatures"

"Well why not request the whole bottle of whisy next time?" Satoshi suggested rereading the menu. "Well theres a few things that I like the sound of here but theres so much choice. Why don't you help me decide between the strawberry tart, cheesecake, chocolate gateau or ice cream" she pondered still not entirely sure what she was in the mood for.

Seph shrugged "Some types of demons rely more on their environment than others. And just like people we like variation, water based demons especially got bored with their underwater ocean environment and their inability to mingle with the rest of it. Also forests are a good place to hide out in. Anyway you get the point there are some benefits and some just love the scenery change" she sighed knowing a lot of the flying demons never had anything good to perch themselves down on in the demon world.

Alpha scratched his head in thought "Nah I wouldn't make my own fireworks shows, don't like drawing too much attention to myself since theres pleanty who don't like me. And why not get ya kids something mechanical, be it a little car or a moogle gadget thing. Your kids are all boys right?"

Hebal giggled nodding her head "I suppose your right, it might explain why they all love wearing that fancy judge armour so much, to look less cute and more scary and tough" she said watching the staff leaving the room again. "Bet you have more waitresses and maids back home. But I don't think the judge master lives in this office in the arena all year round. Could be like a mega mega posh expensive viewing place for other sports the rest of the year" she suggested.

Oassu frowned "I dunno I wouldn't underestimate Alex with the power he gained he lifted the city out of the ground, betting that's far beyond you or Zadina's abilities" he said "Still enough talk of war lets just relax and enjoy our last night in the city" he said "Besides he was able to summon Shiva, might've been a problem if it hadn't been for the fact we had a fire demon aiding us" he said.

Gil nodded "Well I choose to report to a local paper a weapons magazine and the dog magazine since caring for Enkidu is a big part of my life after all" he said happily "And though she may not live here I'll bet she has to supervise every single fight here, seems in Kunec the judges are heavily tied to the Arena I guess, most other branches aren't built into arenas with so many screens for observing fights" he said to Hebal

Zadina nodded "Well yes I suppose that's true, though Yithra doesn't have any arena's or something for them to be a part of they just tend to have a branch of their own though our judges aren't as multicultural as they are here, mostly elves" he said "Though true I do have more personal staff that the judgemaster back home" he mumbled quietly in reply.

Jenna shrugged "Didn't think you had too many enemies over here but all right you don't need to tell us, not like we're gonna be here much longer anyway" she said kicking back and putting her feet on the back of the chair in front. "Gotta get back to work reforming the guild" she said decisively.

Barbaros shook his head "My middle one is a girl though she doesn't seem it at times, always working on chemicals and the like I think she's gonna be a chemist one day but sure I'll find her something nice to get as a gift." he said.

Itaka shrugged "I guess I can understand that though sorry our world is just plain better than yours" he said nuzzling her before watching the dancers continue "Though to my knowledge most underwater life isn't there by choice more by the lack of proper lungs to breath oxygen" he snickered.
