I realised I had enough clothing items that I never ever wear that if I sold them all, I could get a scarf and a laptop. Then I decided I needed a second scarf, and sold off my deluxe cat ears to make up the rest - I figure, why hoard them if I never wear them? I only hoard donation and event items, just because. It's like, a compulsion.

Anyone else's week been a rollercoaster??? Tuesday was a very good day... got the right flowers from 1-800-FLOWERS that Bolweevil had ordered for V-day... they had initially sent lillies when it should have been a dozen pink roses. Cheap slackers stare Right after that the mail came and I found out the my portfolio passed! (I finally did it, Neko xd ) My portfolio passing means I'm half-way to getting my teaching certificate 3nodding My tutoring session rocked... Ash got her science project completed and put to her project board... it looked awesome. I'm such a proud tutor crying Wednesday was cool cause I went to see my "niece" (daughter of one of my best gal-pals and her hubby) She's sooo cute and almost a year old whee Then I got all caught up on the latest gossip that I didn't realize that it was past midnight and dashed home sweatdrop
Then today hit... stare It was my first day back to work in 5 days, so I'm trying to figure out what new stuff came in and whatnot... not a bad day... then I find out that FYE's parent company will more than likely be buying out my company. For those who don't know, I work at a Suncoast and have for almost 5 and a half years now. FYE has no intention of keeping any of our concept names upon acquistion which means we'll turn into an FYE, but here's the kicker.... we already have an FYE in our mall... they won't need two so they'll more than likely shut us down gonk Thusly the job search has begun... not like I haven't been looking anyways cause I was getting sick of my job and the company as it was... on the up side... I have at least 60 days before the sale is final... so there's time... and then I can get laid of and be a drain on the economy for 6 months.... of course during that time I'll be frantically looking for a new job. **sigh** Hopefully the rollercoaster goes back up tomorrow... I'm tired of this free-fall xp

@Jiyu - I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has been kidnapped by the powers that be and has been otherwise preoccupied with other things. I've been loaded down with work, homework, coursework and the fact that I seem to be in heavy demand for social items right now (which makes a change).
Been a good week though, envious of your roses. o_o

It was FUN!!! I got to see Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Tower of London, Madame Toussade's, Notre-Dame, Stonehenge, Saint Chapelle, Sacre-Coeur. You name it, I probably saw it^^

But I did a loooooooooooooooooooooooooot of walking. xp
