He had just come out of the diner with some food when he spotted Sae. "Huh? Sae?"

His head twitched from side to side, and the distinct sound of his name registered, immediately his head bolted upright and looked around. He shook from the fever still, rocking back and forth trying not to panic.

He knelt by Sae. "Are you alright? What happened to you?"
He had his hood and cloak covering him completely.

"She...he...bullets...fighting...blood...Neko.........NEKO..." he stressed her name, covered in her blood as he tried to hide himself in his own body. THe bandages were overstressed. They were breaking, he was sweating from over working himself and his fever beginning to break. Feeling the chill of the air didn't help him too much.

"Sae, calm down. Neko is safe." He put down the box of diner food, trying to calm him.

He flinched with the sound of the box hitting the ground. "No, she's not...she's...blood...shot...where..." he slowly calmed down, but he was still far from sane.

"Sae, she's fine, trust me. She's just resting now, she's taking a little nap to recouperate. I'll take you to her if you want."

He nodded, childish in his behaviour, slowly turning his head with a whimper to Asmodai.

He nodded back, picking up the box and grabbing Sae, both disappearing to Midian.

Jax walked out of a supermarket his pockets filled with foods, after walking a couple of blocks he pulled out a premade ham sandwich and a rockstar energy drink. He finished his food and drink. Jax walked down the side walk and quickly moved through the crowds.

*Cady watches the demon, his fledgeling by his side from the rooftops. Funny how he could have such precautions as an underground base and yet wander freely. Brave or stupid, or any shade between...*

Asmodai tightened his cloak about him. He knew he was probably being watched, but he could take care of himself. He wouldn't be leading if that were not true.

*Cady continues to wander along the rooftops, prowling, watching, his black leather clad fledgeling alongside him, as silent as him, and yet neither of them make any attempt to conceel themselves, silhouetted against the light polition of the city, shadows on the rooftops...*

Stretching as she headed to the mailbox, she Pulled the collar of her jacket up slightly against the cold. She had opted for the woollen one she had brought from New Zealand, which reminded her of home and kept her warm. The only part she hated, was the fact that it buttoned up the front and came to her knee's.. But that was another matter. Taking her mind from the jacket, she keeps her awareness about her.
