Post in the Raikage's office-all genin usually have to as an intro.

Hyaku59 what do i do when my character has been approved? Well post somewhere in the village, usualy the kage's office, and don't forget to make a jutsu list and post that in the right forum to be approved, otherwise you can't do jutsu until it is.
