It's not a bad idea to re-read the books, they are good stories and you don't loose anything by doing so.

I was hoping for the Emperor's Might and Pariah, but alas, the chaps who went to GDUK forgot about that. crying

I don't want to rub this in your face Lt, but Pariah is next on my reading list. I'm actually really excited for it.
My current book is The Siege of Castellax. So far it's a good read, but for an Iron Warriors story, it will be over-shadowed by Graham McNeill's work with the Warsmith Honsou.

Eh, I'll just need to wait a while longer before I can read either. As a consolation of sorts one of them gave up their GDUK minis as a way of saying sorry. Chances are I'll Ebay that fether and make some money off him.

Some very good prices on the books, I think I might have to take a look at the site for some future backs that I might not like and wouldn't want to pay the full price for.

Well that's Siege of Castellax finished, and I have to say it was a very good book. There were a few moments in which I had to wonder whether or not more editing could be done (such as the use of terms such as "Painboy" and "Kommando" to describe the models. I thought it would have been suggested that it would be better to refer to them as the surgeons and infiltrators, but that's just me) but overall it was a solid, well written story. CL Werner has done it again, though there was the case of one character that left me asking, what happened to him?
Next book, Pariah by Dan Abnett.
