Cloud felt small vibrations in the rocks, and decided it would be best to follow the feeling as long as it lasted. He raced through the caverns, twisting through corridors and crannies, chopping through awakened Razorwings and a dragon that got too close. Finally he reached a wall. "Dead end...for anyone else that is..." With that, Cloud focused again and sent a Meteorain into the wall. As the meteors ripped through the mountain wall, Cloud leapt out through the dust cloud and braced himself for a slide down the mountain. He saw the reactor and a chopper with people sliding down ropes. "So that's why we had to get there...Hang on guys I'm coming!"

As the ground shook violently from Cloud's Meteorain, Leonard's grin gave way to sadistic laughter. "So at least the rocks fear you!" he yelled mockingly at Cloud. "Shall we see if you and your friend here can hurt more than just boulders?" He turned his attention back to Lucius. A peculiar look came over his face, as if he had just remembered something important. "Ah yes! They said to do this with as little force as possible. How boring." His face suddenly became very serious, "In light of recent events, you are now prisoners of the Shadow's Hammer, if you come peacefully, no harm will befall you, or your friends." Leonard could no longer contain himself and began to laugh once more. Wiping an eye, he turned his icy glare toward Cloud, "But thats not going to happen now is it? Very well, lets see how you fare against the demon king of sorcery then!" His eyes became wild as gray flames engulfed his arms.

Virgil would be watching cloud with cold green eyes as he though of the best time to intervene. He would fall forward drawing his blade to to take out vcloud or get him to trust the Jenova
