*pulls out a practice dummy and then stands back*
Just... relax...
*drake closes his eyes, and points his staff at the practice dummy, then a concentrated blast of wind compacted into a spherical shape launches at the dummy and blows out its middle*

*drake opens his eyes and examines the hole in the dummy, trying to figure out how he can improve technique*
