I can catch you the gorybyss, huntail, mantine, and feebas(holding that scale thing that turns it into milotic via trade).you will be able to catch the creation trio and Cresellia on the Mirage Islands after you beat the game, along with Palkia, Dialga, Zekrom, Reshiram, Kyurem, the Sacred Sword trio, and you will also be given the Clear Bell to summon Lugia which is exclusive to AS.
Since you have AS you will get kyogre anyway. Just make sure you have a strong enough Pokemon and a crud ton of pokeballs. 40-60 pokeballs used and any type of pokeballs catch rate will become 100%.
(use quick balls/timer balls anyway to lessen the chance of the Pokemon using Struggle. Dont attack the Pokemon! Unless its an ailment move like sleep and paralysis, or if you have the move False Swipe)
I cant accept any BW Pokemon because they took down the original online DS servers. This includes old-timey BW.
I may throw in some hold items too.
Some of these Pokemon will be strong enough to help you breeze through the E4 if you raise them right. I'll put on some nice TM moves as an extra.
