Orchid Moon Whats good about being poor? Unable to get a job? Unable to get a place to live? Family has given up on you? No IRL friends? No help from the government? No help from anyone?... note: don't ever try to even ask the government for help it's like asking a swarm of bees! if you can drive then be a truck drive for cross country deliveries, you got a plce to stay, food, lots of money and lots of traveling

Truck driving is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. You do realize the more you're on the road, the higher your chances of getting in a wreck, right? Not to mention all the people who are utterly retarded when it comes to driving around trucks, and the fact that you'll most likely find yourself driving at insane hours of the night, half asleep. It's not something you do just to have a job. And it's definitely not something to do for the sake of "Traveling".

I KNOW! -light bulb comes up- can you sing or dance or speak another language? if you have a talent then try to go to like a mall and perform that talent for money[like singing or playing a instrument] and maybe you can sign up as a tutor?

Um, I don't know about anywhere else, but I was just in a DMV office a few days ago, and it was $50. A commercial license such as those to drive a tractor trailer truck are much more expensive. I didn't check, but I think they're most likely in the hundreds.
There's a ton of different types of license you can get, each applying to a different type of vehicle. { I know this because my dad is actually licensed to drive pretty much anything you can imagine. And I have a book sitting in front of me listing several types. }
Mint, you can talk to me about driving experience when you've either had twenty plus years experience driving trucks, or sat and listened to the stories someone who has that experience can tell you. My dad is such a person, and I don't think I've even scratched the surface of his stories. I've heard tons of horror stories about his driving days, and he still manages to come out with new ones.

I've heard tons of horror stories about his driving days, and he still manages to come out with new ones. my grandpa has 30 years driving experience, ten was on lower 48 highways, 20 up here, who has more experience? someone at the age of 63 or your dad? and i've SEEN the haul road, my own dad was on it as a pilot car driver and took over 8 other truck drivers through the hills of the haul road in a blizzard warning of yellow to get back home! lets see your dad do that without quiting half way or being cocky[literaly most people are who are new] -kicks muffy out of tree- MINE! -sleeps in it-
