"Order" is such a misleading word. For us, it usually means PIZZA PARTY WOOHOO!

"Alas my milady. We are alone." Tim knelt down on a knee and bowed. "I'm sorry for my forwardness."

Putting Lorika down was something of a task. Sleepily clinging on to the Professor's neck, she grumbled and clung harder when disturbed. She was soon extricated, however, and set down gently on the face of rock just inisde teh cave, sheltered from the outside. Leaning up against the wall, she tried to settle down again, but found it to be a very inadequate place to doze comfortably. Nonetheless, she was still so tired...

Her head had begun to lull when a voice suddenly spoke in her ear. Her eyes shot open and her heart both recoiled and thumped at the sight of the handsome man bowing before her.

She was dumbfounded for a few moments, her only response to blink her two big, blue eyes at him in amazement.

"It's... it's alright..." she whispered soon enough "I'm glad you... realise the mistake you made, at least... I'm sorry for my behaviour, too."

It would seem like she misunderstood what he said. With a small nod, Coline pushed herself off of the wall. "Then, anytime you're rea--" Her eyes widened as she felt the floor scrape from underneath her feet, the dark pit swallowing her whole. Apparently there was no need to ask; the Professor was more than eager to ease her inside.

She let out a small shriek, the fear brought about by the fall choking out whatever scream she had left in her. For a moment she wondered if the Professor had any intention of using magic at all, because it surely seemed like he didn't. But she soon felt herself decelerate and, breathing out a sight of relief, her feet came into safe contact with the floor.

Coline had to hold her head for a minute and she groaned. That was something she wasn't willing to experience again in the near future. And to think the Bapp had to go through something like this without the pleasure of a safe landing. It was a very troubling thought. The recruit took a step forward only to find her hand upon the wall, still a tad disoriented. It was then that she noticed something... very strange.

The flashlight flicked open and darted towards the floor. She couldn't believe what she was seeing, or rather... what she wasn't seeing. Bringing a hand up to her lips, Coline furrowed her brow.

Bapp... was gone.

"Then let me once again try an attempt for your heart. It is in my customs that we take what we want, but I see it isn't so here. I shall work for your heart my dead," he paused and kissed the back of her hand. "And if it be the Benevolent one's will. I shall slowly win you over." Standing, the man faced out towards the forest and watched for any sign of trouble.

Panda heard nothing after the intitial shriek Coline made after her fall. It had been awhile since he had used magic to play a prank on someone so It made him smile. Happy that he was alone again he was feeling more comfortable. The dark, dank hole he was in didn't help though. He longed to be in his lab once more, working on his potion. It only took a minute or two for him to snap out of it.

"What's the situation?" He yelled down the hole after Coline, hoping it wasn't too deep for her to hear him.

The faint sound of the Professor's voice snapped her out of her daze. She ran her hand through her hair in frustration. It made no sense; why wasn't he here?

Coline made a quick survey of her surroundings. She brought her bare hand up to the walls, feeling them for anything that might enlighten her on the boy's disappearance, until she felt something graze upon her skin. Pointing the light towards it, she found it to be a scrap of cloth. Her eyes narrowed towards it. She'd seen this shade before... But she had to be sure. The recruit brought it to her undressed hand, closing her eyes as she took in the texture.

There was no mistaking it.

She pocketed the cloth and let out an exhausted sigh. It didn't seem like there was anything else to note, and so Coline rose her head up to address the mischievous wizard. "I'm ready to return." she yelled back.

"I'm not an elevator!" he grumbled, chanting his spell to lift her into the air and bring up from the hole. Already feeling the strain of magic, he knew he'd need to rest before long. All of this work was making him cranky.
"You could be a little grateful at least. You really aren't any better then my students" He mumbled as first her head, then her shoulders, and finally the rest of her appeared before him. As soon as she was safe, he slumped to the wall.
"So where is this boy you brought me out to save? you were a lot lighter then I expected."

He was rather irritable, wasn't he? Breathing out silently she closed her eyes and lowered her head for a bow. "I apologize for any disrespect, Professor." she said, an unsettling silence permeating through the tunnel walls before she spoke again. "...The boy is not here."

Coline rose her head slowly and held the wizard's gaze, bracing herself for whatever image of scorn that might greet her, and went on. "I'll explain everything once we head back to the Temple. I see little point in keeping the Priestess here for long. She needs her rest," she noted his stance, "And so do you, it seems..."

Lorika slowly pulled her hand back after it was kissed - again. Her lips were pursed into a tight frown, and she seemed to be torn between being polite and... something else.

"Um... I'm very flattered that you seem to be so... interested in me... and I appreciate your understanding..."

Something was sighing at her inwardly. She FINALLY finds a nice man who's willing to do ANYTHING for her heart, and what does she do? Searches for a nice way to turn him down!

"Well," she continued, a little more resolutely. She was NOT going to let that happen. This guy seemed genuine, and she wasn't going to let him go without at least a test run. "I mean, of course I'd be honoured if you would decide that I'm worth your time and attention."

The man's pearl colored cheeks began to show a hint of pink. "I will do my best to make sure that you are happy milady." Standing up he pulled out a small silver whistle and blew into it. A barely audible hum came forth. "I shall fetch my noble steed. I think I might have something that will make you feel better." After a couple minutes, the Prince's large yellow chocobo (gaia has the chocobo looking bird. Not sure what they call it so continuing to call it a chocobo) came looking for its master. Petting the large creature he reached into his traveling pouch and pulled out a small yellow fruit. Tim pulled out his pocket knife and cut the fruit into ten star shaped slices. "These should make you feel better. They are often used for medical treatment in my country. It is very sweet and moist."

"Oh... thank you..." she said, a little surprised, reaching out to take some of the offered fruit.

"So... could you tell me a little more about your homeland? Are you really a prince?"

*puts on his glasses* It is Cambola.

This luscious fruit is full of antioxidants, flavonoids and it contains these nutrients:

Beta-Carotene | Fiber | Lutein and Zeaxanthin | Potassium | Vitamin A | Vitamin C

In other words: It is good for you if you are sick and/or dehydrated.

"Ah yes. My kingdom is called Eleciar. It is truly a diverse country. The capital city is in the center of valley of sweeping planes filled with wheat that is as gold as the sun that shines onto your beautiful face. To the north of the planes is a tropical jungle, full of fascinating lush green plants that can only be compared to the healthy and shine of your hair. And even the jungle can not stand up to it. On the west and east sides are large hills that roll up into steep snowy mountains. And to south are the sands that lead to the great cast blue ocean that is almost as captivating as your eyes...almost." He looked away from the woman feeling a bit ashamed. "I am the son of the King...but I am no longer the heir to the kingdom. I was supposed to marry at my twenty first birhtday...but I did not love her. My father was furious and told me that I would no longer be his son until I was to wed the woman. I ran away, unable to be trapped with someone I did not love. Love is more important than titles and money. I traveled out of my country to a place called Durem. There I first heard rumors of the Overseer. The more I learned the more I wanted to work for such a benevolent man. Surely he understands the value of love."

the Priestess listened patiently to his description, smiling bashfully at the comparisons. "You're too kind, my Prince..."

"Do you think you'll ever return there? If you find your true love?"
