Hibari completely ignored the events unfolding behind him, he still remained calm and smiling with his eyes closed. He pulled out a sword and spoke, "It's nothing special, just a standard chakra blade, I've been trying to create a new sword, it's been going well." Hibari sheathed his blade and opened his eyes, then spoke again, "I am Hibari, also known as Cutting Wind. Who are you, trainer-san?" Hibari's eyes were fixed on Rein, awaiting a answers.

He figured he might as well find a new mission. In his anger the area started snowing, the ground freezing up. He changed his expression and walked into the office, leaning against the wall

The point is that he's dead, and that you're at Stage 3 now seeing as to the fact that I managed to analyze your skills with the sword using my sharingan."

Reiniku listened half interested and chuckled softly when he was called "Trainer-San" By the genin, his eyes showing definite entertainment at the fact that Reiniku himself had to be several years younger than Hibari and yet he still acted more mature. "My name is Reiniku, my friends call me Rein everyone else calls me Reiniku or just a simple 'Sir'." Reiniku added emphasis on the word 'friends' as he said it, obviously showing that he did not wish for Hibari to use his nickname unless specified. "Well whenever you are ready come at me, show me what you can do."
