Neko dove deeper and farther away from Lina as the ones hidden in the forest gave her some space. Sandalphon kept a wary eye on all those around her as she backed off, scimitars hanging loosely by her legs.

Lina kept her expression carefully blank. Reaching out with one hand and making a tugging motion, at which point the sword embedded in the ground flew to her hand. A second motion followed and the damaged armored chest-plate Lina had discarded flew towards her hands. There was the slightest look of annoyance as she noticed the un-undead bird still laying on the ground.
A moment's thought later and she was walking backwards slowly, before turning and launching into a dash, Raiton-shushin-jumping into the air and landing next to the second sword before continuing her sprint, back in the dented armor with the two heavy blades quickly sliding into their rightful places once she was far enough away.
A very weak, but still somewhat haughty telepathic voice was directed at Neko. "Enjoy the present I've left you to study."

The energy rifle shifted back into a normal arm and the two swords Tier was holding in the other hand disappeared in puffs of smoke. He was still watching their backs as they retreated.

((Oh well, here we go then))
Lina flickered past Tier in another quick shushin, then one more put her ahead of Ooka, facing backwards while sliding along on Rai skates. She kept her gaze behind them just in case, but started talking, figuring Tier would hear somehow "Well there went our last safehouse." She paused for a few moments "So what now?" she asked, blinking a few times "I could probably find us a supply catche or something, but it's not going to do us much good unless we either have a target or a place to defend."
She started running through her thoughts, glancing up at the moon again. "If that red spot's a projection maybe we could find where it's projected from?"

"Who was that just then? You said he wasn't our friend or something?"
Ren continued to run along side everyone with his arms out behind him. He looked up at the moon as it was mentioned.

Ookamimaru fell back untill he was behind Ren. He tried to find the right pace to be able to heep it up for a long time. Without Tobu, his stamina had signifantly decreased. He would probably be able to keep up, but he wouldn't waste his energy on talking. Instead he listened to the speculations of the others.
He, too, was eager to know who that man was.

"Neko and the academy had a falling out Honestly would have taken his side at the time given what I knew then.." Lina sidestepped a tree without turning around as she continued sliding backwards. "He's gotten himself into things he shouldn't have. Technology that shouldn't exist yet... if at all... " she shook her head. "I can't say more along those lines"
She turned around once she felt they were far enough, glancing up at the moon, and starting to do some calculations in her head, wishing she had a calculator. "But anyway" she continued, though slower as her distractions increased "That's enough about Neko's wrongdoings, something else was trying to spy on us then... maybe it wanted to find out about what was going on, or maybe not... it's not a problem now."

Tier noticed that Lina didn't answer Ren's question fully for some reason. Maybe because of the predicament at hand.
The group's running started to slow down once they were far enough from whatever they were running from.
Tier's speech sounded like it was forced to speak normally, "If that spot on the moon is a projectionnn, then we need to destroy the source. Movee in before someone catches wind of our whereaboutss."

Ren slowed down accordingly with everyone else. He was still looking up at the moon where that mark was on it.
"Ok but what about those birds that attacked the Dojo's? Ho Dojo was destroyed, and we don't know if there's anymore coming this way or not."

"I'll agree with that Tier, trying to work out the numbers now" Lina said as she kept running. Glancing up at the moon while running, trying to keep to a straight path.
She glanced back at Ren then sighed. "There probably are more coming, hence why we shouldn't have stuck around the Kaze dojo as long as we did. Wouldn't be surprised if we've already picked up a tail." She shook her head. "If something's controlling them then it's best to err on the side of paranoia and assume if one knows anything then they all know..."
She started muttering a few random numbers under her breath as she continued to glance at the moon. "Something seems familiar to me about all this... four... no five points... eclipse.... and a lifeless swarm"

"My memories are scattered... but this, no not this" she clutched at her head. Glancing at the moon once more before sighing and turning her attention back to the ground. "Ren, give me a heads up if you see anything with your eyes, something like a fog, maybe too much Chakra to see through, or such a large Chakra void that... well honestly I don't know how eyes that see Chakra would process a complete absence of it"
She looked at them then shrugged. "If they don't have chakra then maybe whatever they've done removes it from somewhere... There's a great deal of lunar energy released during an eclipse as the sun's energy passes through the moon, some say a great deal of energy along the laylines as well... though I would have thought those ki eyes of yours would be able to see them because of it, especially since you're an earth element" Lina said to Ren, tilting her head to the side, and muttering something under her breath about rope and a few boulders.

"Well, I can see where that "projection" is being casted from. There's a trail of energy leading down to earth over in that direction. It's faint from this distance."
Ren pointed to the right of them as they continued to run straight.

"Then what aree we waiting forr? We should approach with eyes and ears splitt." Tier was waiting for an agreement to be made before he went off in the direction Ren pointed out.
"Ren shouldd lead in front, Lina after hiim, then Ookamimaruu, and then Tier watchess the back."
