Zenaku: My Bankai has only been approved if I said my character dosen't fully master it. Besides he rarely uses it, instead relying on hand to hand combat mixed with Kido.

Tsumuro I prefer if you guys p.m each other instead of oocing in the rp. It tends to spam up the thread. As always, I'm gonna delete the extra ooc. I always make sure to delete my OOC once the dispute is settled. I supposed if that doiesn't suffice, I wouldn't mind bringing it back here or in PMs.

Groganofthewasteland Rednal Now that's a good reaction to your character dying if I've ever seen one. XD I always play the badguys and I figured this time I shall play the good guys exclusivley. Besides I like my shinigami, a rollerblading junkie that thinks mostly on the positive side. Nooooo's!!! Alonzo one of my good acquaintances for Daikoku is dead!! *cries* That was pretty cheap of Kazei though. Can anyone say Godmodding?

Zenaku Jeriah These fights are so broken. XP We've taken Bleach and broken it's normality. Why does everyone have bankai? lol Hehe, I made it so that I'll reach Bankai soon so I can get a little closer to actual captain rank, XP

Well bankai is actually supposed to be a captain only technique because: A) It takes so long to achieve. It takes just as long to master. B) It's very rare to have. That's one of the reasons Byakuya was insulted by Ichigo's performance of bankai. C) It requires a reiatsu level of that of a captain, or at least a high Lieutenant (like Renji).

Nah, he's pretty chill about it. He just hangs around and records what other people do. I actually designed him to be less of a main character and more of a plot point; he's there to help if serious power is needed to tilt things in some direction, save Soul Society from imminent destruction, and train certain other characters to help them become stronger. XD I think it's more fair that way (he IS extremely powerful), and it's more fun to just keep him back and help others than just go "look, mine's even stronger than yours!". 3nodding You'll probably notice that I've gone out of my way to make him totally useless in fights. Central 46 being bombed? Bah; not enough to make him help even slightly. XD
*Figures all Captains and Lieutenants in the offensive divisions can probably have Bankai; not really anyone else unless they have a darn good explanation*

Yeah well kane has it because:
1) For his age, he has alot of battle experience. Being in the 2nd and 5th divisions helps alot. He was in the 5th division when Zeke's character Soma was in it as Captain. He was the 3rd seat.
2) His reitsu is high although he normally hides that fact.
3) His Bankai is really rare. I mean it is between the Normal Bankai (Really big effect or creature) and Ichigo's.

Why does everyone have bankai? lol Hehe, I made it so that I'll reach Bankai soon so I can get a little closer to actual captain rank, XP Yeah, but your character's 157 years old! lol, Bankai takes hundreds of years to achieve if possible. Achieving Shikai is no easy feat either, that can also take up to a hundred of years, unless...you're very attuned to your zanpakuto and spiritual power. XD My old Bleach guild (that Hidate took over and ripped it apart), restricted bankai from anyone of third seat or lower. Lieutenants even had to provide an rp example if they wanted to try and have bankai.

True bankai's are hard to master and do have lots of things you have to do to achieve and master them. But truly I love my bankai even though not truly mastered.

That be difficult for some one that not very literate and didn't want to work at it.

xd Which is why few characters here have probably mastered it. Of course, it also depends on the type of weapon. Sayo's Bankai takes power and multiplies it, then gives it back to her to buff her power up; not very hard to learn to use right. XD Rednal's, um... considering how free-form most of its power is, rather harder to conquer.

yeah Kikazu's is difficult to master cause of its abilities and the reiatsu it takes and gives back. And the control of the different move it takes years to master.

Right, like how Kane's is basically a suit of armor with a whole lot of weapons. Learning to fire them is easy, using them in a tactical sense is a whole lot harder.
