Eh, I didn't win anything. I hate being the person who has to bump in between winning pages. It's like people aren't here for those pages, but when it's 2 pages away from a prize, they're here.

It's much like the government positions that are taking mandatory 2 days a month off (DMV closed every other Friday). It's to prevent more layoff's while still reducing Cali's budget deficit. At least for us it's only 5 days by the end of March. People that work directly for the government are taking monthly cuts.
