Elizabith felt pain-that was the first thing, darkness then pure unbrideled painshe oppened one eye to try and figure out where she was. Memories came flooding back-she was at the lab because her anger had taken control of both her and her powers. 'Probably worth it to see half the building come down-I hope that jerk got was was coming to him' she mused. She tryied flexing her arms-didn't work-sitting up, didn't work. well-there was one thing she could do, repeatedly slam her head agianst the metal table...yeah counter pain with more pain-that worked. "Kill him" She murmered

The scientists rushed at the sudden pule of the heart monitor. the experiment woke up. they ran trying to get places faster. you could hear people saying, "she's awake" or "make sure she doesn't get loose."

((It was more like a reprimand than an eviction.))
Ventus stood around, playing with his lip as before. He was waiting for direction, or something. Or, maybe, he thought, it was a game. Who could do nothing for the longest. I will win, for sure! Vaentus thought as he stuck his arms to his sides rigidly.
It wasn't long before Angelo and Strobe arrived at the Lab. But, there was something that neither of them expected: rubble. Lots of it. In fact, about half of the base was missing, the part not built directly into the cliff face or underground.
"What happened here?" Angelo said to no one in particular.
"Here's an idea: since they're not so ready to receive me, you let me go and try again at a later date?" Strobe said, sweat trickling up his face, a strange sensation caused by being held upside down.
"Nice try. Actually, not really."
Strobe didn't even respond. Now that they were actually at the place, terrible thoughts were running through his head. He couldn't think of a single place he'd rather not be. He didn't know why, but being free had changed him. now that he had tasted it, held the memory in his mind, felt the serenity and known the beauty of sleeping outdoors under the stars, the Lab terrified him more than it had ever done in the past. More so even than when he had awoken from his death, disoriented and confused in the sterile room with only the memories of a terrible fire in his mind. He almost puked at the thought of being caged once again, of having all of his memories wiped, or worse. What if they decided that he was too much of a liability. They had always treated their experiments like animals. What if he was to be put down like one?

Kioko slowly stood up and leaned against Ventus for support. she looked at the 2. since crow couldnt speak, she had too.
"okay, lets start heading in that general direction" Kioko said pointing east.
her powers were slowly started to come back. the pain lessened thanks to crow's help and her seal helped too.

Crow stepped back from he two of them and smiled. He put his thumb out in a hitchhiker's position and jerked it back behind him in the direction Kioko had indicated with a smirk. He began to walk backwards before starting to turn around, however he stopped dead halfway through it. Something strange had just happened he felt another Ki signature off in the distance. There was himself, Ventus, Kioko, Max, Patrick, and... Strobe? He hesitated for a moment, the thought of running after him crossed his mind, but he couldn't just leave the other two here, at least not until some of the others had joined them. For now he finished turning and began heading towards the city.

Kioko smiled. then for the shortest time, her face looked of a slight shock and then back to normal. there was a ki signature that went off. she couldnt tell who it was, even if she was a previous tracker before. her energy was still low.
she put it aside, she would be able to know who it was when her powers came back fully. she looked at ventus with a look on her face saying, lets go.

Elizabith calmly grabbed the sides of the cuffs and let out a loud blood curdluing scream. The last time was an acsedent-now she was trying to get angry. She twisted and turned as much as she could-in spite of the cuffs she gew a few milimeters. Another scream ripped from her throat as she bucked to try nd rid herself of the bindings

Ventus began to pick Kioko up, not sure if he'd get in trouble again. He looked at Crow apprehensively.
Strobe and Angelo reached the inside of what was left of the building. Most of the place was jam packed with people, moving forwards and back, everyone having somewhere to go. It seemed that the collapse had caused a lot of chaos. As they walked, they saw several places where experiments were were being detained, many forcefully, others less successfully. One such person, Strobe was, almost made it away-- before they shot him down. That's how it was now. Live ammunition.
I guess we must've caused a lot of trouble for these people, Strobe thought to himself. Another room was filled with moaning, screaming, and just plain silent injured. Every now and then, a cart with a vaguely human contour under it's sheet would exit the room and be wheeled across the hall to join a long procession of bodies in what Strobe knew to well to be the reanimation wing. They were going to use their own people as experimentation lab rats. Sick.

Ventus, happy that he could help, smiled widely. He began to walk forward in the direction that Kioko had previously pointed out, taking long, leisurely strides that, if you take into account the amount of time it took him to take them, matched a normal walking speed.
Strobe was brought into one of the detention areas, where, across the room, there was a crowd of scientists struggling to keep another experiment down.
"Dammit! Where's that serum? It's the only thing that can calm her down when she gets like this!" he heard one of them call.
"We're looking, sir, but most of the vials were destroyed when she took down the outer reaches." Said another who was furiously checking charts and relating with other men who were bustling in and out of the door.
"Sir, is this it?" Said one, holding a glass tube with a milky blue liquid in it.
"No, you imbecile! I said it's red!" said the second scientist, "Deep, crimson red! Not light blue! Now, get out of here before I kill you myself and strap you to one of these tables! And don't come back unless you have the right serum!"
"Elizabeth, god dammit, calm down!" said the first, trying to hold her swelling body to the table.
"Elizabeth?" Strobe said as he was roughly shoved into a cage.
"Where's the VS Commander?" Angelo asked of the nearest person as he left the room.

Elizabith trashed and thrashed as she screamed as loudly as she could. She saw Strobe being shoved into a cage and near instanly stopped.
"bring him here" She whispered "Bring him here or I'll scream, I'll get angry agian" Her eyes were still livid and her breathing harsh-this was no light threat

the scientists were struggling to keep down elizabeth. She was one of the mor euncontrolled experiments when she was first made. and now that she was calling out to one of the camrads, she began to struggle even more.
"this is impossible to keep her down, we'll have to shock her mildy." the scientist said.
The other scientist ran up to the control monitor and turned the dial up to 3. she opened the clear lid to the button. the rest plugged in a wire to the table she was on and made sure they had on their rubber gloves as well as a firm hold on her, they nodded their heads in signal for ready.
"power level at 3, in 3, 2, 1." he pushed the button and the machine sent a mild electric current along the wire to elizabeth.

Kioko sat quietly on Ventu's shoulder, in deep thought. after they get to the city what to they do?
we need to recover first, then gather what we can to get back our friends from the lab. she thought to herself.
she then looked at Ventus, he was here with them because Angelo had not been there. but what would happen when he sees angelo again, would he leave? she wasnt sure

"You don't make the requests here, freak." one of the scientists told Elizabeth as he witnessed the electric current running through her body. He nodded toward Strobe.
"Get that b*****d out of here!" He said to one of the attendants.
"Don't worry, we'll handle it." said a man as he walked in, Angelo trailing behind him. "Strobe. It's good to see you in one piece, relatively."
"Assistant Director Hashford. You look well, unfortunately." Strobe replied from the cage.
"Yes, well, we have a few good little experiments to thank for that. Remarkable, what we could reverse-engineer from your genes." He said, rubbing his wrinkle-less face, even though the man was supposed to be well into his eighties. "Now, will you please come with me?"
"I'm sorry to say that I can't walk just yet. Maybe Angelo could give me the Sack-O-Potatoes treatment again?"
"Angelo, would you mind?"
"Not at all sir." Angelo said as he lifted Strobe out of the cage again and slung him over his back.
