What type would it be?

Harusame Mizukishi Regulust Harusame Mizukishi Regulust Harusame Mizukishi I was thinking they could be secretly controlling all the major businesses and corporations in the big cities and stuff. hey could be called the Puppeteers, because they're 'pulling the strings' behind everything. And because puppeteers in Japanese performances wore head-to-toe outfits to blend into the shadowy background.
That is actually pretty sweet.
