Yes. Sonicboom and Dragon Rage are generally banned in LC.
Only a few pokemon are even capable of passing the 41 HP mark at level 5. Chansey is among them.

That HP was strong because (as you stated in your team descriptions) it was a "fire" Hidden Power" and used on Paras, I think it would be super effective.

And was it a "Dry Skin" Paras? Because that adds 25% damage from Fire-type attacks.

That's odd. For some reason I thought it was Ground type.
I didn't know if I actually had Fire type on Oddish. I may have missed and got Flying.

Nope, before I caught it I made sure it was an "Effect Spore" Paras. I don't have the patience for Dry Skin unless it's a double battle and Rain Dance is in effect.
