@Neo
Custom point section. I am assuming you mean how are custom jutsu made? Every 15 INT you are given a custom jutsu slot. The first slot is level 5, the second is level 10, third level 15 and so on and so forth. The "level" of the skill determines how many points you have to spend on making the skill. For the sake of example Ill break down one of my custom jutsu.
---Level: 30 ---Style: Tai ---Type: Offensive - Cold ---Affinity: Ice ---Accuracy: 155 ---Range: Touch ---Effect: [Damage: +500(5pts)][Accuracy: +125(25pts)] Deals base damage + 500 and increases its own accuradcy by +125. ---Description: Sorain coats his fist in a layer of ice and thrashes his target violently.
As you can see the level is 30. Which means that I start off with 30 points to spend.
The style is Tai, this is to indicate how the damage is calculated, how it is defended against, and how it is paid for. (Nin and Gen use chakra, Tai use Fatigue). For more information on this please see the combat thread in the Systems section.
Next we have the type. The type first starts with either Passive or Offensive. Passive skills are skill that only effect you and not directly against the opponent. These are things like damage buffs etc. If the skill directly effects another player, it is considered offensive. If it is offensive, then you must select a critical type. (See the critical charts in the combat section)
Next is the affinity. Which dictates how damage is taken and reduced, it also effects its cost. If you have a fire affinity, and a skill is fire based. It cost you less to use.
Accuracy determines how accurate the attack is. An accurate attack is more likely to hit. Accuracy of a skill starts off as its level. So for example, a level 10 skill has automatic 10 accuracy. However, by spending points this accuracy could be increased.
Range determines how far away the person can be to your attack. There are four ranges.
Self -> Touch -> Ranged -> Sight.
Self would be passive. Anytime you label a skill as self, you gain an additional 5 points to spend on the skill.
Touch is the default range, this would be punches, kicks, etc.
in order to make a skill ranged, one must pay 5 points.
In order to make a skill sight, one must pay 10 points. (Sight ranged skills can no be dodged, only countered).
Then you have the effects. In the above example I have five points in damage (which = +500 and 25 points in accuracy which = +125
This skill Deals base damage + 500 and increases its own accuracy by +125.
This is a basic run down of how custom skills are made.

Final NFS Mule Ele, I understand the stat packages and such. As for the intelligence, I would have granted 10 to intelligence, and 5 to willpower. So the fifteen would equal out there. But I understand your thoughts on that.
It's like playing an RPG to me. I feel like having the right path, and not BS'ing anything. I want to make it feel right. But I could do the 20, where I could upgrade the sharingan then? Cause that seems real, to just upgrade the tomoe. Then with every other fifteen I get in intelligence, create a custom genjutsu or such that could match the Sharingan's capabilities. Mangekyou, that's going to wait. I don't know what the system of that would be in this guild. But for the next month or so, just dealing with basic sharingan. xD
I swear I'm not trying to be a hassle. I really am. D: the system gives you freedom. What ever level you deem to be worthy of calling it a Mangekyou, you have the right to do so. The reason why I suggest using upgrades is because then you will be free to use your jutsu slots for other things. But as per your question. When you first pick Uchiha has your clan, you automatically get a level 15 shari. So let us say that once you have 20 int, you get an upgrade slot. (Which you do currently have). You could use this upgrade slot on this skill to increase its level from 15, to 20. This way your shari got stronger, but you still have a free custom jutsu slot to make some other skill. You can continue to use your upgrades on this skill for as many times as you please. Note however, that should you ever decide to teach a custom skill to someone. They do not get your upgrades. They get the base form of the skill and must upgrade it themselves.

Custom skill such as a jutsu I learn from the Sharingan and so on? But okay then. I can upgrade the Sharingan five levels for every upgrade, and then, out-of-RP, deem that level 30 would be two tomoe and so on.
I think I understand now.

@Final
There are a few diff ways in which a skill is copied with shari. You can temporairly copy it for the duration of a battle. Ie, I am copying your skill for this fight and this fight only. Or you can copy it perminantly. Copied jutsu take up your normal jutsu slots. Which you get ever 10 int.
So for example. At 20 int, you could upgrade your shari, create a custom jutsu, and then save your normal jutsu slot. Then when in battle with an opponant, if your shari is strong enough, you can steal the jutsu and replace it with your normal slot.
So in a sense, you take their custom, and replace it with a normal slot.

neodrac54 What if it's meant to be healing o.o If the jutsu is healing only you, it is passive and self ranged. If it the jutsu is healing others, it is passive and must be at least touch ranged. Note: You can heal yourself with heals that are meant for others. But not the other way around.
