http://www.openoffice.org/that's free and has a line count function according to ava. 3nodding Lol as for the sharingan, you don't have to defend your reasoning on the creation of a custom technique, as long as the levels are proper and you give it a fair description it should fly fine. just remember to not sweat over the system stuff it eventually makes sense with time. The roleplay is the major focus here. 3nodding

Zav, thanks for the link.
But I can't download anything on here. Lol. 3
But yeah, I feel like I should defend my reasonings. It's how I RP.
So, like at level 5 or 10, or 10 and 20. I could make him gain another tomoe, since his intelligence is his highest stat, being someone who excels in his bloodline would be realistic. Where he excels in BL, he lacks in other areas, so it's realistic.
I never play a god character. It's got to seem real to me. Lol.
Okay though, Neo. : )

Final NFS Mule None. This is a '94 Dell. > w>;
I have Gaia. Lol.
Sharingan question- again. I have 20 intelligence off the bat. I could potentially, when I level up, like I did with my first post, get 20 intelligence, and make two custom jutsu just being transition from one to two tomoe, and then the next custom be a two to three tomoe? To be fair. Itachi had three tomoe right out of Academy. Lol. -cracks knuckles- (This is my first mod response since returning to NFS, so here goes). First things first I would to clarify a misconception that you have about leveling. The first time you create your profile, (basically level 0) you get four stat packages of 40,30,20,20. From looking at your profile I can see that you already grasp the way these are given out. However, each level after that you only get 15/10/5/5. So when you level up, the highest your Intelligence could possibly be is +15 = 35. Now, with this you still have enough for two custom jutsu. I was just making sure you understand that it is not from 20 intelligence. You already have 20 int now, and if you put at least 10 points into Int after leveling you will have over 30 int. Custom skills are given out every 15 int, so 30/15 = 2. In any case. If the question is, can you make a sharingan at that level, then the answer is yes. You are not limited as to "what could be X level etc" As long as systematically the math is correct, the skill can be created. So yes, you can have the different levels of Sharingan done in this way. Although, frankly, I would not recommend doing so. It would much more strategically sound to simply have one Sharingan which you upgrade. Every 20 int you are given an upgrade point which you can spend on a skill to increase its level. In doing so, you could essentially develop your sharingan over time into what ever form you wish. It would be up to you to decide when your shari was a high enough level to be considered two tomoe, mangekyo, etc. While you would always retain the right to rprically activate individual levels independently. Note, Im not saying that you "cant", more so saying that it would be strategically wiser to do it in the above mentioned way. If you need more help, feel free to pm me.

As a side note, does anyone know of a way to use Gaiarch for google chrome inside a guild? I know how to make it work in the normal gaia forums, but not in guilds. It aggravates me.

Ele, I understand the stat packages and such. As for the intelligence, I would have granted 10 to intelligence, and 5 to willpower. So the fifteen would equal out there. But I understand your thoughts on that.
It's like playing an RPG to me. I feel like having the right path, and not BS'ing anything. I want to make it feel right. But I could do the 20, where I could upgrade the sharingan then? Cause that seems real, to just upgrade the tomoe. Then with every other fifteen I get in intelligence, create a custom genjutsu or such that could match the Sharingan's capabilities. Mangekyou, that's going to wait. I don't know what the system of that would be in this guild. But for the next month or so, just dealing with basic sharingan. xD
I swear I'm not trying to be a hassle. I really am. D:

neodrac54 How does the custom point section work >.< When creating a technique, you get an amount of points equal to its level. You can then put effects on that technique that can either add more points to make room for other effects, or use up said points. Each effect has a certain number of points. It is up to the player to mix and match those effects to their liking and create their custom techniques in that manner. @Final: no you didn't >:3

yup level equals the number of points you have to spend for the technique.
so a level 5 technique has 5 points you can spend in effects. 3nodding
