He had reached her and bowed down to her in greeting. It was a long time since he had seen her face. The air was brisk and fresh enough to breathe in without regret. This was all so much for him to say at once.
" Nyl.. it was a long time since I've seen you. In fact there are so many things that I need to ask you of...My helm...it's off. I've been standing near the front entrance of the dojo for so long. I guess you can say that I was isolating myself from everybody. But regrets do happen, and now I realize that I have to move on to better things. Nyl, I need your help...have you seen Neko...or Clow..?"
It's been so long since he had spoken a word to a single person. An who better to speak to, then to the one person who tried to help him in the first place...the first person he had truly met in the dojo.His speaking was rapid but it was only because of utter happiness.

((Hehe, I do remember you, Neo. But to Nyl, you look very different.))
Nyl still didn't quite recognize him, but the parts of her mind that were bored with the scroll already had taken back over.
"Neko I've been looking for for months. I haven't seen him since...late spring, I think. Clow was just here...or at least, it was his energy I felt. I'm sorry to say I don't really know what you mean by your helm being off..."
She looked sheepish, and inside her head she was embarrassed. She should recognize him!
((Were you the one who sort of 'swiped' a bit of Nyl's phoenix power? I have really vague memories of that, and the old thread's gone...and if you weren't, then...*shrug*))

Fenris curled up so she was hogging her leggs as she stared down at her knees. She didn't wan to Talk to Sage... but he kept pesturing her, "Please leave me alone, Sage." She said, then closed her eyes, "I want to be alone right now..." Her voice seemed to drift off as she drowzily fell asleep, mostly from weakness. She was amazed that she even got to sleep, she tried a bit earlier, but all she could see was Clow, staring away from her, his tendrils having to contain himself, and his dark look. She didn't know if she could trust him anymore.

(( I definately remember that you lost your voice once...and then you had some sort of power overdrive. I came to the dojo because I wanted to control the light and darkness within me...I now see that Clow had let pure darkness take over. Later,I was kidnapped by my brother and escaped his hold which is how I came back...except I was cursed to not using my voice for if I did I would kill the person within the area. You spoke to me through hand signals...it was odd but anywho I've been in the dojo sort of as a guard with the helm as my armor. Nice to see you again though. ))
Deep down inside Neo knew it was oblivious, she had no idea who he was. But that was alright by him, so long as he knew her...he would either help her remember who he was or simply start anew as planned. He took a deep breathe and exhaled.
" Nyl...it's ok if you don't remember me. I'm truly glad to see you again. It would be a little strange to ask of this now but...I need your help in knowing what has happened around while I was standing there near the front door. I know it's alot to ask for but I'm lost in thought as of now. "

Sage simply nodded, quickly weaving a blanket of ectoplasm and laying it over fenris before he left. although he did indeed leave fenris be, he only went around 20 feet away before he sat down and began his evening meditation keeping a watchful eye on the lifelines of the forest, and the one he deemed his patient (fenris for those who haven't been following)
to want to be alone is natural, however, I will not allow one who is under my care to die simply because they don't want me around. perhaps some time alone will clear her thoughts, or at least bring some peace, in any case, I will stay vigilant...in case any MORE complications ensue.

"What happened while...well, to tell you the truth, I''m not around much myself. A lot of people have...gone missing. Neko, for a while, Hwen, Seph...Sakiyn. And you, apparently. We were...trapped underground for a while, and then let back out again. Neko tried to explain to me how it worked...but I didn''t really get it. Ryuu''s still...you know, Ryuu. There are new students, of course. Two of them are downstairs right now. One of them keeps doing ijutsu-related things even though he isn''t a member of my dojo."
She blushed slightly. She hadn''t told anyone else that, or let on that she might be angry about it.
"Aside from that, Neo, there''s not much I--" Her mind registered what she''d already said. "...Neo?"

A slight smirk formed onto his face, much related to a blush. He knew that maybe she may have remembered who he was...He couldn't believe how much he had missed. She was the one he wanted to train with before hand...the one person that took him in and tryed to train him in the arts of Kaze even though she only knew a little from the sensei. Nyl was someone he knew was caring and nice enough to understand. Under the circumstances they have been through it must've been a rough trip. Many have gone missing...it troubled Neo's mind in trivial ways. Where could they have gone?
" Nyl...you have been so great to me and I truly appreciate what you've done for me even though you barely even recognized me. You still managed to always help me.. My brother nearly killed me but I escaped his hideout and managed to make it back to the dojo. I'm truly thankful for having come to this dojo, to me it's like a sanctuary. How has everything been going for you? "

She smiled at him, sitting down again and motioning to the spot next to her on the roof.
"Things are going...slowly. There hasn't been much going on around the dojo, if you don't count the usual catastrophes. I think Tut suspects the action is about to pick up, though."

He sat down beside her and calsped his knees together, hands over shins.
" Tut...I could never forget him. He was another great being I met within this dojo. Nyl, I was nearly sure I was bound to die. My thoughts told me that I would never see you or anybody else in this dojo ever again. But something inside of me said that i had to try harder. So I left and...
He stopped himself before he went on and smiled staring up at the sky with his pale green eyes. It was unusually different in the sense that it was friendly. So many thoughts of the past, even those before arriving the dojo flooded his mind.He had whispered something to himself because he just couldn't contain it in his mind.

His head fell down to his knees and lifted swiftly after what she said. Trying to make it seem less obvious that something was wrong he shook his head and smiled, eyes closed.
" ..huh? oh it's nothing...ummm I really wanted to train in the wind dojo but everytime I went it was vacant. The darkness inside of me is calm as well as the light....lately so much has been happening and after the long wait, I've decided to train. I need training to help me endure this darkness as well as the light but so far, I haven't found the sensei for light and Clow isn't around. He did try to help me once but it was simply words of advice. "
He let out a sigh of grief as he pondered what to do next.
