Only down side to my choice.. is the fact it puts holes in your brain! lol... but my brain is big enough.. I can sacrifice more of it! I doubt I will ever be able to quit it.. just cause its to much fun....
Once a week! no way Crafty.. its not a addiction.. just good ol fun!

Lamb enjoys bad things.... its fun and well Lamb loves it!
Drinking I can quit easy.. now my love for the other... very very very very very doubtful in this life time.. unless my life is on the line biggrin

lol I've tried pretty much everything but now the only things I'm addicted too are nicotine and caffeine >.<
that's so cool you met someone who shares a lot of interests with you Crafty .. its random where you can meet people these days .. I met my old love when he was busking on a shop stoop.
I have a job trial tomorrow in a cafe .. I did a barista course on Tue so now I know how to make awesome coffees with love heart designs in the foam.
Sorry to hear about your sis Exxos but I guess early 20s is a time for experimentation and excess. It just depends how far down that road you go .. the farther along the less pretty it gets and the longer it takes to get off D< Women actually develop alcoholism faster then men .. also the underlying reasons why she is drinking so much need to be resolved. I just hope that she can curb it before it gets nasty and don't feel like you have failed her as an older brother .. each person leads their own life and makes their own choices, even if you come from the best of families we can go down that path. Also sounds like its a bit hereditary too, like my family. On the plus side, having that experience can make you a stronger person better able to handle lifes challenges than someone who has led a sheltered life. And I agree with you .. love is the best drug heart

Otherwise, concentrating and trying to retrace your thoughts becomes a real pain in the tooshie, which will often lead to having a tension headache. I lost a good amount of my brain cells because a truck kind of drove through my car. So what's your story, little lamb..? And no, laughing at a wall doesn't count. rolleyes

craftymama I've always been tempted to try ecstasy but have not and probably never will do anything harder than pot. Although I might argue that alcohol is worse than pot most of the time. Hmm... I need to not think about that one too hard. I'm headed to the bar tonight for Ignorant Wednesdays. sweatdrop One night a week doesn't mean I'm addicted right? Again, not thinking about that one too deeply for now. Sigh. In other news... I made a new friend yesterday. I called mediacom's customer service number and totally got the guy off topic, lol. We chatted for like an hour. We exchanged myspace addresses and everything. He has a cute little family, likes anime, chain maille, reading, and more stuff I like too. They only live three hours away. So funny where you can meet new friends eh? I guess I'm squeaky clean..if I'm addicted to anything its internet. I'm very very careful with alcohol since my grandfather was an alcoholic my father likes to say its the french genes kicking in each time I have a glass of rum in hand rolleyes its not often about once every three weeks and I skip several months, I've never been tempted to try anything else it just never appealed to me. I'll tell you how I met all my best friends lol longest one I have Shomari I met him on hi5 back in 05 when I was in 11th grade..we've been 2 peas in a pod ever since..2nd friend Cosme I met on myspace like last year but he quickly became a great friend..my mom likes to tease him about his crush on my sister lol my 3rd friend psuedo boyfriend Triston I met on zorpia back in 06 when I was in 12th grade..he says he's been trying since then to get me to see him as more than a friend so now he got his wish..an my 4th best friend Shawn I met on facebook last year. I also made a friend tru a cell phone chat lol Sergio is my boy..we all live in the islands an would never have met except for those sites.

I think I had a hi5 before.. but I am not sure.. I just know the site name sounds really really familiar..
I give you credit for being able to stay away from the few things that have me hooked Lana! keep it that way and your life is smooth sailing heh.. no worrying about getting caught from the evil COPS!
But I think that is just the more fun of it for me lol.. but I will drink before I will do the other stuff.. but I like to be a sneaky snake sometimes and do the other bads smile

Nifty, crafty! whee I have tried a few things over the years, but I just do not have that much of an addictive personality when it comes to substances. The only one you could really count at this point is caffeine, although that tends to go hand in hand with my penchant for soft drinks. What few other vices I have tend to take a more physical form. 4laugh

Lamb: Actually, I pictured you in a kind of squeeing stupor, just for the record. But yeah, I have a swiss cheese brain too – though from modeling solvents, infections, and parasites.
Crafty: Marijuana is probably more dangerous just as cigarette smoking is bad, even though the smoke is not as chemically noxious, it is still damaging your lungs and nervous system more than alcohol can damage your liver or brain.
Kuju: We shall one day participate in synchronized rare drinking... When we raid Lana's rum horde! MUAHAHAHA!
Raj: I think she might not make it to alcoholism – seems biology is on my side. According to Ro-kun, anything past the mild buzz level and she does a header directly into headache and nausea. So I am hoping her fragile stomach will keep her to minimal drinking.
Lana: Me and Kuju will ninja your rum! ninja
*pauses*
*Gets a mental image of himself and kuju as ninjas and starts laughing.* It would like a Marasan and an Ortolan trying to raid a place in ill-fitting pajamas. rofl

Not at all Raj. ^.^ I think Daniel Radcliff is adorable. He is younger and from across the pond so to speak. Although I'm a bit afraid all his Potter fame is going to make him end up a crazy freak with a huge ego along the lines of Tom Cruise. That would annoy me.
