She splashes the people closest to the fountain, then hides under the ledge. She sticks a hand up to point emphatically at the couple with the babies. They definitely looked suspicious. They were... dry unfortunately, so her ploy to lay blame kinda fell flat.

She slowly peeks over the edge of the fountain, looking to the left and the right... and waggling her eyebrows as she picked out more targets to splash with water.
So bad, yet so good for you. 8 glasses of water a day keeps the doctor away.

Angelique begins to wake up, Angelique then begins to cry. She looks at Azriel and tells he is hungry, she blushes a bit then puts them back in the stroller as Azriel also begins to cry. "Itachi, I am going home, they need to be fed.." She says then begins to walk away the stroller in front of her as the two children cry.
