gerp91 Awwww, Grey, I really hope you start to feel better. I have a question, does anyone know WHY they moved the 6th Harry Potter movie to July? I have heard a lot of people's different theories like they wanted more money during the summer, or that they didn't want to go against the release of the Twilight movies. I am just afraid that they movies won't be as good as they have been because the Trio will be getting older and older, especially with this delay. I believe there is already a topic about this floating around somewhere here on the main board. But Warners flat out said that it IS about them wanting to make more money. It's all because Dark Knight made over 500 million with it's release in July so they're going to release Harry Potter that same weekend in hopes of making the same amount of money. What freaking idiots. They're just hungry for money and from what someone else siad in the main topic {gaaah, forget who} that if they release another huge money making movie this year, they'll have a s**t load of taxes to pay than if they release them a year apart. Well, don't worry about them getting 'too old' looking for the movies because they're all pretty young looking already for their ages. Like, Daniel's 20 and he looks 16. Plus, they're already making the last two movies {Deathly Hallows being split in two I mean...} I believe so it will all be fine and they wont look like their 38 years old with six kids.

I was so mad when I heard they moved it back. Though right now I'm just bored. I was supposed to have Western Civiliations but for some reason the teacher cancelled it and I found I had an extra hour and a half before I was to meet my friend for lunch. So i decided to check up on gaia and see what's happening. *Sigh* I'm really tired though because that Michael kid I've been talking about, well he picked me up at 5 last night, and I didn't get back until 11:15 or so. I was with him all evening and that meant I didn't finish my homework and I didn't get to bed until midnight. I then had to get up at 5 to go run 4 miles and do as many pushups as I could in 2 minutes followed by as many situps as I could in 2 minutes. So now I'm totally spent.
Welcome back Grey. You seem to be doing a little better. I hope it appears the same in real life as it does from a computer screen. smile

Obviously you guys were having a good time or I doubt you would've stayed with him haha razz Atleast you had a class cancelled to give you some time to relax before you had to do other things. Well now that I'm on a sleeping pill, and a higher dosage of my other pill, I am feeling a bit better. Getting a good nights sleep helps a lot when you're in pain and obviously my body can't deal with not having any sleep and also being in pain. Which was probably why it was telling me to stop stuffing my face with rice crispies and try to sleep haha. Hope you're all doing good!

I have actually spent a lot more time with him. Two of the cadets from my ROTC class and I wind up meeting up together and hanging out until we have something else we need to do. Today Sargeant Huff said that every time we eat we need to do 30 pushups and 30 situps, and this is now on an everyday basis. Well me and 3 other cadets got together and I felt totally stupid because I am so out of shape that I could barely do anything. Pushups are getting much better though. But that guy is why I have not been on much. I've been with either him or one of the other cadets. In the evenings it's usually him but the two cadets I run with every morning and I are getting together this evening to run 3 more miles since one of them missed the run today.

Okay this is totally off topic but I am having a fit of joy and need to share. I found MIRROR MASK dvd copy! *Dances* For those of you who have yet to see this wonder I'll explain. mrgreen Mirror Mask is made by the Jim Henson production company, and is like the drugged out, love child of The Labyrinth, and Alice in Wonder. This movie has so much stuff it is hard to describe! The girl that is the hero, lives with the this circus her parents own, and she is not happy about it. She has an active imagination and draws these really abstract drawings. Her mother gets a brain tumor and the circus disbands while they wait to see if the mother will live. She gets sent to her aunt's apartment house to live for awhile and it is BORING and PLAIN! She covers one wall with a make believe world and somehow she and a girl that looks just like her from her make believe world end up switching places. Everyone in this new world has a mask for a face and a darkness is eating the world of light. She and Valentine a very odd mask man have to find out why the world of darkness is attacking the world of light, and find something called the Mirror Mask to fix it. These will take you to youtube. This is a version of it on youtube ----> LinkAnd this is my favorite scene, (it has dancing robots and a music) ---> Link

Haha nice Katie, sounds fun. I haven't watched a single movie since I moved out here the middle of August. Come to think of it I haven't even watched any tv. Though I feel totally lazy because I spent all day in bed. Alright so I got up at 5 to do the march with ROTC and we went to an elementary school where we had to cross the monkey bars, do 25 pushups, and then do 10 pull ups on those pull up bars. Well I have close to no arm strength and wound up falling in the very cold, very wet rocks. Then I was having a hard time running because it hurt my knees where I had just fallen so fell behind the group. Our first sargeant told me to stay back with Mo and later took my ruck sack. I knew I could catch up with that gone but when I tried the first sargeant told me that no matter what I was to stay back with Mo. Then Mo said I could catch up with the others but the 1st Sargeant has more power so I listened to the first orders and stayed with Mo even though it made me feel really stupid and really weak.

Alright so I spent all evening at a fire last night. Michael invited me to go to a thing where we would sit around a fire and make smores. I even went four wheeling for a moment and I had so much fun. Michael biked me home and then left since it was 11 and he had to be up at 5 because he has army training this weekend. 5 minutes after he left I wound up dumping scalding hot broth all over my hand. We didn't have any ice and I couldn't think of any aloevera that I could put on it, plus running it under cold water wasn't helping so I called my grandmother. I wound up with a popsicle on it until I ran next door to see if the boys had ice. About 12:30 or so I realized I had aloevera in my lotion. That stopped the throbbing enough for me to sleep, but now I have a second degree burn on my left hand. I find it ironic that it's not until after I leave the fire that I get burnt bucause I spent the evening stomping on flames because little pieces of wood would jump out of the fire and even though it was in sand I didn't know how deep the roots went so quickly stomped out all flames.

Wow harsh day. xp I'm sorry, it went so poorly for you. If you couldn't do the exercise because you were hurting, I wouldn't look down on you. If anyone does, just tell them you'll whack 'em in knee with a hammer and they can repeat the exercise. stare My day is shot to. My dad is home early. xp He ate all the fish I made yesterday for my lunch all this week! I made eight pieces of fish to use in fish sandwiches, salads, straight with a little tarter sauce, and in some veggies and sweet and sour sauce, with rice. Had it all planed and he ate them all! Along with a TV dinner, a bag of chips, and a bottle of Verners (ginger ale pop) for lunch! I hate him so much. He gets all this junk food for himself and I can't touch any of it, (not that I'd want to, pig feet, and ears, jerky and the like.) and he eats all my food first, so i don't get anything for lunch the next week! Unless I drown my food in salt or sugar he eats it, his diabetes is the only thing keeping him from eating my Oreo ice cream. xp Yes I do live at home. What money I make goes to college, gas, my cruddy car, a little bit of food that I treat myself to and if anything is left I put it in the savings. My dad is like a bear, eats, sleeps, and fights with everyone if he doesn't get what he wants. I can't wait to get done with school, so I can leave!

I have somewhat of the same problem with my dad. But not near as bad as yours. My dad is diabetic too but instead of straying away from all of the sweets that me and my mom hide, he hunts for them. And then I complain that I never get the good stuff because he eats it all and he through a giant hissy fit like a little kid about how he never gets what he wants and then he goes and spends all of our money, but that is a different story that I won't get into sweatdrop
I really hope your hand heals quickly. I Kind of feel bad because here you guys are, running all the time and having to put up with angry parents and here I am, sitting in my little comfort world. I really do hope that you guys find your own little comfort world where everything is fun and you can enjoy yourselves.

Soo sorry to hear about your hand!! Quite a few years ago my mom burnt her foot very badly. She was cooking rice in this big thing that well.. We used to cook rice in and she was picking it up and she lost her grip and the whole thing fell on her foot and broke too but luckily didn't do any more damage beside a bad burn. I was the only one home with her and, ugh, my poor mommy lol.
Yeah, my Dad is like that too. Always has food. And he has a very bad temper as well and everyone else is always doing something wrong and he needs to complain about everything. Like, always cutting up the way we do things and, ugh, he's fine sometimes but he is very sickening lol. Like my mom had bought a few boxes of these ice cream sandwiches that were on sale and we had them hidden in our big freezer so he wouldn't fine them. And well, he found them {probably snooping around for something to eat lol} and got mad at us and then the next day I go looking for them and he's eaten like 6 out of a new box. O.o
But anyways haha, hope your hand gets better. I burnt my wrist last year on a heat pack {didn't even notice it was burning lol o.O Yeah, I'm an idiot}, and the next day at school {I wasn't homeschooled yet..} and I was wearing our schools uniform heavy sweater and I told this boy I knew that I had burnt my wrist and he grabbed and tried to give me an Indian Rugburn. Yeah, he was nice.
Okay. Going to end this now lol.
Hope it heals quick!

Thanks for the concern with my hand, and I laugh at the whole wack him in the knee because I kept wondering how much trouble I would get in for punching him since he is the first sargeant and I'm a new Cadet. I'm willing to bet I would be in a lot of trouble, but I'm not really willing to test that theory out since I still have to put up with him for awhile. I don't see him that much anyways so it's not like it really matters. Besides, one of the guys that knows him told me that the next time he makes me mad I can just say that at least I didn't get blistes and sit in the engine because it turns out that he used to fight fires with some friends but one day he had blisters on his feet so he just sat in the fire engine and waited. Hahaha though I'm glad I'm not doing a food journal because Lt. Porter is having the other girls do a food journal so they can lose weight. With what I have eatn this week I would be in for it. Sucks about your dads. I'm usually the one that's always eating. It's funny because I'm always snacking on something, and I've always got something in my mouth. I'll open the door with a water bottle just hanging from my mouth that's how bad it gets sometimes.
That's a great shirt Gerp. I'm sorry to say that I'm not always filled with such Hufflepuff Pride so it would feel weird for me to do something like that. Though I'll tell you that being in the Haven has made me think better of Hufflepuff's and I can see why I was placed her. mrgreen

You snaking could just be your body's way of getting you to in take enough calories for you exercise. You sound like your burning around 2500 calories a day. You can find what you body naturally burns, just to live, online with a calorie calculator. I also don't care when people eat, if you feel you need food then eat something. I only care if it's food I bought to help me feel better. It's the fact that I put my name on the zip lock bags, boxes, and containers in red sharpie with five inch letters, a near blind person could read, and people still eat it and go 'that was yours?'
Food journals stink. I hate keeping those.
And that is a bright side. I hate blisters. xp Most people freak out when they here I get a pin, heat it up and pour alcohol on it and then use it to make a very tiny hole to drain the blister. If you make the hole no big then a pore, (the size of a pin head) then air can't get in easily and it doesn't hurt. After I cover mine with antibiotic and a big bandage and wait till it gets itchy and the blister skin falls off. It works well for marching and walking blisters, because those have a high chance of bursting and then you really are in pain.
To Gerp:
That is awesome. The letters are a little hard to read in the photo but I bet there just find in real life. I would make it for you if I could. I am going into that for a living; making designs and right now I am working with a silk screen-er and making shirts. Though normally you need about fifty shirts for it to not be a waste, but I am sure I could give away fifty Hufflepuff shirts, that would read: 'You others may boast Bravery, Riches, and Brains' flip to back, 'But we live past 20, don't need lawyers, and get laid more often then you!'
