Sheldon wiped his tears and hugged Sakura."Do you.......love Lan like if he was to propose to you now would you accept?" sheldon said as he closed his eyes.

Getting up from the bed Lan walked over to his bag looking for a bottle of red wine. Noticing he had none the young man looked back over towards the door continuing to smell the blood that scented the room. Shaking his head trying to get the thought from his mind Lan made his way back over to his bed watching the bathroom door.

Sliding off of Sheldon, she looked around. "Sheldon, I'm going to go find Lan." Laying a blanket over his now sleeping form, she slid a pillow under his head. Walking out into the hallway, she looked around again. Not seeing who she was hoping to, she walked down the stairs and into the main room.

After cleaning the mess she made, in the tub making it back to the sparkling clean it once was. She put on the filthy clothing and the jacket as well, her blond hair dripping wet and matted in snarls. Katie emerged and with a weiry eye watched Lan drink from a wine bottle, her body went completly tense. The small ball went huddled at the end of the seperate bed far from Lan, and the wine bottle. Her face went in the jacket only the emeralde eyes watched him.

Noticing her looking at him Lan raised the bottle back to his lips again taking another sip before placing it on the night stand. Laying down back onto the bed Lan pulled the hat back over his eyes as he began to try and sleep again.

Currled up far from Lan, was Katie in his jacket. "Why did you bring me here?" SHe asked in a soft and very low voice, fear was felt wrapped around the words. She shivered lightly, fear spread around the room, afraid that he would raise his hand to her and hit her like all the others.

Opening one eye from under the hat looking at her Lan shrugged as he closed his eye "Figured you wanted to sleep in a warm bed then outside on the streets." Rolling to face the wall Lan crossed his arms as he kept listening to Katie

Listening to his words, hearing nothing but kindness. Something she is not even used to, she lifted her face out of the jacket slowly. Still watching him, Katie was unsure of what to even say at the moment, while he talked. "Oh, I just thought..." She trailed off and put her face back in the jacket, again her eyes slowly emerged watching him, as well as the matted blond hair.

Turning his head looking over his shoulder as he continued listening to her "you thought what?" Turning over on his back with eyes still closed as he continued to try and sleep. Sighing Lan gave up as he opened his eyes looking at the ceiling before raising himself up.

Katie ducked down as she squeaked "nothing" In a soft and almost in audioble voice. She shook as Lan lifted to a seated postion on the bed, hidding deeper in his silk like jacket. Well the inside felt like silk, the outside is like a regular jacket. She closed her eyes tightly as she waited for the hand to come down hitting her, preparing hereslf as she chanted something to try to help her forget.But, memories don't fade, they just help us learn for the next one.

Rubbing the back of his neck Lan eyed over to Katie as he grabbed the bottle of red wine once again "you seem afraid of something." raising the bottle up to his lips taking a sip Lan eyed down to the foot of the bed then to the ground at both his hounds as he gave a smile.

She wanted to scream out, 'stop drinking' but, she didn't say a word. She huddled in the silky interier of his jacket, her lower lip bit harder in her mouth as she heard him. Unsure if he is getting closer or staying where he is at, she peaked one eye out from the folds. "I am unafraid" She said in a small voice, lying but trying to hide it. She huddled in the jacket, the eye still out but the rest of her body hidden some how inside of the jacket, letting it engolf her.

"Actions speak louder then words Katie." raising the bottle up to his lips once more before laying it back on the nightstand Lan raised himself up from the side of the bed thinking about getting up as he eyed at Katie

Maybe, just maybe he is different. She watched him, with the one emerald eye, as she peared from one of the folds. "I got hurt last time" She said, in a very soft and very low voice. She currled her arms tighter around her skiny leg's as she kept watching him. She did make sure that she was pressed more and harder in the corner of the bed and wall.
