Short answer: No.
Long answer:
It's not unheard of, but it's not something you just request. Only ONE person in this entire guild has two characters, and she's basically a goddess when it comes to RPing
The best way to attempt to earn one is to prove yourself to be incredibly competent at RPing and be super active. 10,000+ posts or more later or whatever, it's something to be considered.
