@Keke: Bone told me that you can learn the technique from the inventor of the technique with their permission. He told me this after i mentioned wanting to learn one of his made ups (he gave me the example of Damian wanting to learn "God's Gate") Not sure if thats still ok but thats what Bone told me.

Twilight Gaze- A genjutsu. If the opponents and users eyes lock the opponent is under the thought that the ground is skewed, swaying, waxing, wiggling ect. his balance is lost. It becomes harder to walk towards ones opponent let alone hit them The affect is not unlike wearing beer goggles. Under the light of the moon the affect is worsened, at times an opponent may feel like he is up side down. effect lasts 10 seconds as a genin, 30 as a chunin, 90 as a jounin, 270 as a Kage. Obviously a strong genjutsu release can end the affects if you have enought control of your body, an attacker hitting the user from behind or a proficient enough sharingan of blood limiter technique like that can also end the effects.

Chosen of the Ichazuki

Tsutae's quest to break from the way of the Cloaked Shadow and bring honor to her name has awakened the secret power of her bloodline. Anytime she recieves a significant boost of chakra, she is able to channel it through the chakra points at the bases of her feathers, causing them to suddenly glow brightly, or become surrounded by an aura of deepest darkness, depending on the types of memories. This technique steadily drains Tsutae's chakra.

At the instant of the transformation, Tsutae is surrounded by a whirlwind of white or black feathers. Anyone coming too close to one of these will faintly experience a memory contained by it. Tsutae is able to control these feathers completely-- they can form themselves into any shape. Tsutae is also hard to see, as she leaves a blurry afterimage wherever she moves.

If a person touches a feather, they are overcome by its memory as if they were affected by the Touch of Dominant Insanity (no genjutsu resistance.) Feathers can also be planted in the ground, in which case they affect every living being within a 50-foot radius.

When Tsutae's chakra drops too low, the effect ends completely; all the illusions release and all the feathers disappear.

In summary, when Tsutae uses a technique to boost her chakra, she may also summon many feathers, all of which have the properties of her Errant Touch of Insanity. The feathers be controlled at will or planted in the ground to use an illusion on all people in a 50-foot radius.

Divine Water Method - Demonic Crystal Mirror Dome

This unique skill combines the skills Avalanche Talon and Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors to form a dome over the enemy. Unlike the normal attacks separately combining them assures that there are no gaps in the mirrors making it one continuous mirror meaning that once the user has been absorbed into the mirror they can appear from any part of the dome. While the user is submerged in the mirror thousands of the users image appear to be moving around the dome concealing the users true location. While submerged in the ice the user can even use jutsus without fear of retaliation. As you can imagine a Mizu crystal mirrors aren't simply broken and require Biju level force to break. Any fire jutsu except S-class fire jutsu will not even make the ice fade. Continuous use is draining on the chakra levels of the user.

Heartless Remnant - Shadow Melt

A skill retained from being a heartless Akuma can when in danger can melt into a puddle of dark inky liquid. This skill is more of a survival instinct than an actual skill only appearing in the most dire of situations. It takes a full 15 minutes of uninterrupted focus before Akuma is able to regain his form. When in liquid form Akuma is immune to physical blows and ice based skills, but other elemental jutsus still stand to damage Akuma. If Akuma can stay in liquid form an additional 15 minutes he can regenerate almost any wound received previously.

Also, I would like to make some changes to the Moon technique list. Obviously this needs Noir's approval as well as a general mod "Yes."

Kikuta Gaze- Level 1 ((attained by Moon ninja at 15000 skill points))
The clan member’s eyes enter into the crescent moon shape. When under moonlight the reflexes of a person using the Kikuta gaze in it’s first form are considerably faster than normal. Even with no light or while affected by the darkness of a genjutsu, they can see as if by a dim light.

Kikuta Glow- Level 1 400 skill points
The user's body begins to glow brightly. This technique can be used to help allies to see (by being a human lantern) or to make it hard for an enemy to see them in certain lighting conditions. The user can also decide who can see the light and who cannot.

Kikuta Illusion- 600 skill points
The user creates ghostly objects using moonlight. They are incorporeal, and unaffected by physical strikes. A skillful ninja can make it difficult to tell which objects are real, and the bright light tends to ruin the enemy's night vision, improving the effect.

Kikuta Gaze- Level 2 ((Attained after acquiring 30000 skill points))
The clan member’s eyes enter into the half moon shape. When under moonlight the reflexes of a person using the Kikuta gaze in its second form are much faster, beyond the reach of a normal ninja. Even with no light or while affected by the darkness of a genjutsu, they can see as if by torchlight.

Kikuta Glow level 2- 600 skill points
An object of the user's choice begins to glow very brightly. This technique can be used to help allies to see (by creating a lantern) or to make it hard for an enemy to see them in certain lighting conditions. The user can also decide who can see the light and who cannot.

Kikuta Clone Jutsu level 2- 800 skill points
The user creates illusionary doubles out of moonlight that can attack with physical strikes. The chakra cost is slightly reduced by the moonlight. The clones do not have much weight, and so will be destroyed by a heavy blow.

Kikuta Gaze- Level 3 ((Attained after acquiring 50000 skill points.))
The clan member’s eyes enter into the waxing gibbous stage. When under moonlight the reflexes of a person using the Kikuta gaze in its third form are superhuman. Even with no light or while affected by the darkness of a genjutsu, they can see as if by daylight.

Kikuta Clone Jutsu level 3- 1000 skill points
The user creates illusionary doubles out of moonlight that can use jutsu and attack with physical strikes. The chakra cost is somewhat reduced by the moonlight, enabling the user to create a fairly large amount of clones if much chakra is expended.

Kikuta Gaze-Level 4 ((Attained after acquiring 65000 skill points.))
The final stage of the Kikuta eye, the clan member’s eyes enters the full moon form completely filling the user’s eye. When under the moonlight, the reflexes of a person using the Kikuta gaze in its final form are so fast that their every movement is a blur, traceable only by special means. In low light, no light, or while affected by the darkness of a genjutsu, they can see twice as well as their normal vision.

Kikuta Clone Jutsu level 4- 1200 skill points
The user creates illusionary doubles out of moonlight that can use jutsu and attack with physical strikes. The chakra cost is cut to a mere fraction by the moonlight, enabling the user to create dozens of clones with nearly 20% the strength of the original.

Old Man Kenji techniques

Moon Shadow [Moon ninja] 800-Skill Points
The user of this technique can move moonlight at will, causing some areas to become completely devoid of light, while others become much brighter. Typical uses for this technique are blinding an enemy and causing their pupils to contract, creating darkness through which to move unseen, and revealing the position of a concealed enemy.

Lunar Phase [Moon ninja] 2000-Skill Points
The body of the person using this technique is transformed, along with clothes and weapons, into moonlight. They are completely incorporeal and cannot touch or be touched by physical objects or forces. They cannot pass through solid surfaces, but can "flow" around objects as if they were made of mist. Physical injuries are rapidly healed if the user is in strong moonlight, but the chakra drain on the user is intense [2000 chakra per post]

Lunar Destruction 2000- Skill Points
If the user of this jutsu can maintain concentration, they can slowly drain one foe's chakra. At first it is very slow, but the rate increases over time until, after five minutes, the enemy's chance of survival is nothing short of pitiful. The chakra is released into the air as moonlight visible to all.
