Well I guess it's a good thing that Shinzu isn't exactly the Library type razz except to read the library's copy of 'A Splendid Ninja' a book I just made up lol

crying crying gonk No please not 'A Slendid Ninja'! Shinzu has to read what happens to Lee for the 100th time or else it just won't be inspiring enough and he'll never full understand the Power if Youth! (All said in a pseudo Gai voice, of course. Well at least the power of youth part.)
He might just have to take the book with him along with a copy of each of jiraya's books cool

Stealing it was the plan the plan all along lol just need to think of a way to get into the 'mature' part of the library to get jiraya's cool 'other' books.
Maybe his character could be usefull twisted

of course they would be low DCs... since harumi is kind of a spaz.. but there would be DCs nonetheless smile {Course the DCs will vary depending on whether you ahve distractions, etc.}

I won't destroy that much but 'A Splendid Ninja' or one of Jiraya's books might get caught in the crossfire crying would be pretty funny.
