Although it makes me sad that this placed has died since I last peeked in here... I'll still try my best to contribute.
It'll inspire me to work on some of my FE fanfics as well....We have done no such dying, ma'am. If I were dead, I'd be super pissed, causing the deaths of many others.

The only active forums would be the Chatterbox, RP forums, and maybe Game and Quizzes forum. sweatdrop As for the rest of the forums, they do look like they are dying, but they are mostly inactive. However, when the event forum is opened (the upcoming one is the Guildaversary and will be opened on June), you will see this forum will be active too.

Of course, reading the rules would have allowed that to be known, just as clicking a subforum button would have.
Chatterbox, RP subforum. games and quizzes subforum- most active
Contest and giveaway, plot character and pairings, strategy sharing, art and spriting- fairly active
Mature debate, theater, marketplace and quests, fanfiction- underused
Retired and useless threads- archiving
The rest- restricted/closed to members
