okay, what exactly is Tree World Construction? I have not been able to find that technique.

Tree World Construction: A secret jutsu only the 1st knows about, it uses chakra to be converted into a source of life and enables the user to control plant life and create large plants to be used as a barrier. It's a jutsu only used by the 1st, the man who put an end to an era of wars and created Konoha.

how do the exams work,like the chunin exams for example do you fight others and are judged to see if your good enough?

Agito-Mibu how do the exams work,like the chunin exams for example do you fight others and are judged to see if your good enough? It all depends on whose is hosting the exams this time around..some times theirs a tournments...some times theirs other things...

I was wanting to know about if the Taijutsu Nin would be able to learn a weapon from Hidden Craftsman and not have their gates effected by it?

I was wondering if I could create my own summon, or if I could get a nin animal without being in Kiba's clan?

Well you can get your own summon but not nin animal. Just post up what your looking for in the Ideas thread in the Special additions subforum and see if it gets approved.

ok two questions um first how do we learn jutsus we made up and when are the exams?

Sage: 1. You don't necessarily learn your made up. All you do is after every 15,000 skill points you get a slot for your made up. Post your made up idea in the made up topic and when it's approved, if it's approved, post a link to the page it is approved on in the Training Completion. Don't forget to follow the format when doing so.
2. Usually exams are hosted every 2 to 3 months.

Is the Mugen Kougai (Infinite Armor) considered a weapon? This armor is from Hidden Craftsman. Also, if I gain the armor can I get a weapon?

Ke-Ke: Yes the "Mugen Kougai (Infinite Armor)" is considered a Hidden Craftsman's village weapon.
On the second question, I am assuming that you are talking about learning more than one of the village's weapons. I am going to point to this statement from the village thread... "This village only allows the use of one weapon unless you are the Takumi’s kage. Once a weapon is chosen, you cannot choose a different type of weapon or learn its abilities."
Toph: My opinion after thinking about it some more is that you may learn one of the village's weapons since you are not learning are not considered ninjutsu or genjutsu. This means that they will have no effect on your celestial gates being open.
