Z laughed a little "Sounds just like me. I do the same thing but i write instead. I write most of my songs before i sleep..but draw away. I love your artwork..". He said with a smile settling under a small blanket on the couch and pulling out his notebook.

Kazuki laughed. "Gives you something to think on in your dreams." He said with a smile. The artist blushed at Z's compliment. "Thank you." He said quietly as he continued his drawing. He set his sketch book down long enough to pull the blanket around his shoulders. Kazuki finished his drawing a few minutes later, then propped his chin up on the arm of the couch. "That the song you're going to do with Kenji?" He asked curiously.

Z caught a glimps of the other blushing and he smiled to himself as he kept writing. When the other asked him a question he looked up and smiled again " actually ya it is. Im working on who sings what at the moment. I am going to try to get a few more guys in the band to sing a little.". He said closing th notebook. He gently rain his fingers through kazuki hair again. He loved the softness.

Kazuki chuckled. "Can't wait to see how you pull that off." He said. The artist raised an eyebrow slightly when the other boy began to run his fingers through his hair. He smiled softly at Z. "Never have I met someone who liked my hair this much." He said, then kissed the top of Z's head.

Z blushed a little " i dont know why but i could easily just touch your hair for hours. I dont mean too. Its like a drug to me....and the funny part is i never liked touching peoples hair..,till now."

Kazuki laughed again. "What can I say. I have that effect on people." He joked. The artist smiled down at the other boy, then gently wrapped an arm around him, and kissed his cheek. "I'm going to make some tea before I go to bed. Would you like some?" He asked.

Z laughed " it greatly affects me and yes please " he said. He startedto write once again and was loving how the song was going and best part he was almost done too. He got up and looked at the calender near the kitchen. He wanted to see how many more days till kinji left...then it hit him.....his birthday was in two days and takumi had it marked.

Kazuki nodded as best he could, then gently pulled Z's hand away from his hair. "Kind of hard to make tea for us if you keep that up." He joked, then stood up. He went in to the kitchen and quickly whipped up a couple cups of tea for them. Kazuki came out to see Z standing there. "Here. Its chamomile with a bit of warm cream. It helps you sleep apparently." He said, then looked up at the calendar. "You're birthday's coming up, huh. Anything planned for it?" He asked, then took a sip of his tea.

Z shook his head " sadly no. I rarely celebrate it and i know takumi trys too but i stop it.". He took a few sips of tea and then a few more before finishing it.

Kazuki scowled at Z's answer. "Well that's no fun at all." He said, then drank his tea. He remained silent as he finished his, then took the empty glasses to the kitchen. "How about we go out on a date that day? I'll even be daring and let you pick the location." He suggested.

Z shrugged his shoulders and set his cup down. "Ok i guess we can do that. But i would check with Takumi to see if he has anything planned...he always seems to have a surprise birthday party for me that day.".
*Tiny time skip to next morning*.
Takumi and Kazuki helped Z take his stuff back to his apartment and he was beyond happy to finally be back home. He missed his weird apartment. It looked like Japan and Korea exploded all at once in his place but he loved it. "So Takumi what terrible thing are you doing to me tomorrow for my birthday". Takumi smiled at him "IM not telling you but make sure you are there at 7".

{Lol! Yes. I have returned from Raccoon City. Those zombies really kicked my butt. But its all good now!} Kazuki was glad to help Takumi get Z settled back in his apartment. His friend had previous plans with his editor, so he couldn't help. It was certainly an odd little place, but still rather interesting. "Nice place." He had remarked as he helped the other two. Once everything was settled again, he stood with the others in the living room. Out of curiosity, he pulled Takumi aside, and out of ear shot from Z. "So. What exactly are you planning? I'd like to help out." He offered.

Takumi smiled a little bit as he watched Z put things away "Well we are going have all his favorite foods here for dinner..which Leonide has been researching like crazy and then we are going to be playing all his favorite songs..and well we are turning it into little korea....I even flown some of his bi logical family from there to surprise him. His nieces and nephews are going to be singing happy birthday to him. He hasnt seen his family in a long long time...i have been working on this since last year..when he mentioned he missed them...it killed him not being able to see them while he was in Korea..school kept him busy and so did our concerts...So your job will be to keep him busy till 7".

"That's a marvelous idea. I'm sure he'll love it." He said as he cast a glance over his shoulder to Z. "But that certainly explains why I keep catching Lèonide looking at Korean cook books and such." He said absentmindedly. When Takumi explained his role in this plot, Kazuki nodded. "Got it. I can do that." He said with another grin.

Takumi smiled "I agree its one of the best ideas i have ever had and thank you. I'm sure you will do good at keeping him entertained. Heck just him looking at you for long periods of time keeps him distracted." He said with a laugh.
Z came over and smiled "So done talking about me again...". His friend smiled "Of course i am. Plus you old man...its fun to do so".
