Once Raine was free he ran into the next room, hoping Yuna and Bikki would be able to heal Vincent and Master Chief. "Zach stop it, you can't force her to love you, stop this and change everything back." Raine said.

"Why bother, so you can go back to your exciting life while I get the crap beat out of me every day, or is it so you and Tara can laugh behind my back while you ******** each other?!" Zach yelled then Tara suddenly elbowed him in the face. "You little..." Zach growled and threw Tara to the ground and was about to impale her with Raine's keyblade when it suddenly disappeared.

When Raine's keyblade disappeared Zach's surprise gave her enough time to point at him and Raine and cast Dispel, undoing the effects of the spell Zach used to switch them up. The sudden drain and her possible concussion made her pass out.

((How is Tidus in there with them?))

"It's over Zach, please just give it up and we can go back home together." Raine said pleadingly, he didn't want to have to fight Zach, but the world couldn't stay the way he had made it.

"Nothing's over while I still have this book. Even if you destroy the crystal the book will keep us here if my wish is strong enough." Zach said and Raine simply turned around and smashed the last crystal with his keyblade, another Totema Tattoo appeared on his chest then all five glowed then stopped and faded.

"I have all five, together they have the same power as the book, I'll just have to beat you and then things will go back." Raine said and Zach's eyes were filled with pure hatred then Raine realized what was about to happen, though before he could say anything the darkness in Zach's heart manifested and consumed him, creating a Heartless and a Nobody, both of which stood before him, and another creature. Suddenly the Nobody and Heartless began swirling around each other and suddenly Zach was back except he had a strange power coming from him, the third creature was gone. "Zach, what's going on?" Raine asked carefully.

"I lost my heart, and it seemed my hatred created something called and Unversed, however it seems that my Nobody Self and Heartless shared the same goal and they merged, my soul was shed and I was a Soulless for about 2 nanoseconds, but then I merged with the Unversed and now I'm a new man, I think I'll call this special plane of existence a Dark Thorn, now lets see who's the strongest." Zach said and suddenly he transformed into a different creature "Prepare to die!" Zach roared.

It took all of Raine's skill to dodge and block Zach's attacks. He had manifested some Aura abilities and was much more powerful than anything he had ever encountered, including Seymour and Ace. Just when it seemed like Zach was about to deal the final blow something stopped it from hitting Raine he looked up and saw Zach had impaled Tara with one of the blades he had sprouted on his wrist. "NOOOOOOOOOO!" Raine yelled in despair as Zach shoved her into a wall.

"Oh Tara, don't worry, you won't die, you'll become just like me, the second Dark Thorn and together we will rule the very nature of the universe as veritable Gods, however, we must be rid of Raine, and we must also gain the power of Kingdom Hearts." Zach said before breaking the blade and leaving Tara in the wall. He turned once more to face his former friend.

For the longest time Raine could do nothing but stare at the ground. Just let it be quick. Raine pleaded when a white feather fell in front of him. Soon there were more Raine and Zach looked around for the source and suddenly two men entered, one in a tan cloak the other in a dark blue one of similar design.

"Sure is nice to be back ain't it, even if it's for a little bit right? Nagi?" Sigma said with a smile as he and his friend removed their hoods.

Nagi removed his hood as well and then looked over at Raine with a warm smile. "Hey Raine, you certainly turned out better than I hoped, sorry I couldn't have been there, now then, Sigma I believe it's time we grant Bikki's wish." Nagi said and brandished his staff while Sigma drew his sword. Zach began laughing at them then suddenly had a barrage of gunfire hit him from Sigma's CyBeast Form. "This is how we did spells back in the old school. Ten Spirits of Thunder, Nine Gods of Wind, Eight Titans of the Storm, call forth your Lances and Blades of Light from the Seventh Heaven and when the Lightning strikes six times and the Five Bells toll Four Blasts will arrive and attack with Three Prongs. Two Friends, One Victor, now come forth ZERO REQUIEM!" Nagi chanted and suddenly the room was alive with the power of lightning and wind until lances of light suddenly began to impale Zach then twelve spheres of lightning began rotating around Nagi. This was his gift to Raine, it would even things out for him and give him something new to study. This is for all the Birthdays and anniversaries I missed. Nagi thought with a smile.

Nagi had miscalculated, his spell was doing the exact amount of damage he intended, but he had overestimated Zach's power as a Dark Thorn. As he didn't have enough control he was unable to use any abilities he may have had. The spell ran it's course and in it's wake lay a battered and beaten Zack on the ground, his glasses fallen away and he looked over at Bikki and Yuna. Is this what they really think of me? he wondered before noticing Momoko. She's crying? For me? Zack wondered, it seemed odd to him, why would anyone unconditionally care for him, none of these people were his family and yet Raine showed restraint after he had become a monster and Tara had done her best to tell him about her feelings for Raine and now Momoko Kobayashi was crying for him?

"It seemed his transformation was incomplete. Well he'll be fine, though you or him will have to do something about that condition of his, Raine take this, and remember, while I may not have been there for you I can always root for you, now if you excuse us." Nagi said and he and Sigma strode over to Bikki. "It's time to go back your highness." Nagi said with a sad smile. He had a delayed spell ready to heal Tara and Zach.

Raine said nothing as he went and pulled Tara off the wall. "It's going to be fine Tara. You're going to be okay." Raine said and could feel his tears welling up as he saw the light in Tara's eyes begin to flicker as he held her.

((.....I can't figure this out. Why couldn't I just walk into the portal with you guys or why didn't you just fight in between the two ships?))

Ace appears out of nowhere looking at what is happening and groans "Oh c'mon you guys don't just give up do you?" Ace then quickly appears on the blade right in front of Tara aiming on of his Keyblades at her face "Alright why shouldn't I just kill you now?" Ace says grinning "Zack you are too hung over on this chick and now you have the power needed to defend yourself so just give me the book or she dies and we will have a blood bath on our hands with more people dying then needs to be."

"Bikki does it really matter at this point in the game?" Ace says smiling at her "I mean either way this will be bad for all of us no matter which way this play ends."

"Don't worry, I had a feeling it would come to this anyway. I was hoping it wouldn't" Bikki said. "But if this doesn't work I might have to let Rikki back into existence" [
