My paranoid streak though is sitting there going "I know people have logged on and been here since that's been up... why is no one posting? They're just not interested, are they? That's it, Miss Ai Leen asked me to work on this and already it's FAIL. Gah!"

Well I could but i'm not sure what i would do exactly. plus it would make me feel like I was doing awhile back as well. try rping the same character in 2 guilds at once literaly running your character back and forth every day to get stuff done.
I was bussy working on a bio android girl in the AC guild i was in while the GN base was over flowwed with chocobos from the million chocobo egg i developed. you will probably never see what happened there again... i forgot whos mecha it was but about 200 chocobos head butted into him while he was trying to catch them and not only smashed its armor up but damage the power core. I think it was iether a rick-dom or a gouf he was piloting...

Same thing you did at the Oil Rig? Randomly drop in? It's the thing to do.

No it was more like rping in one guild, jump into a jeep and take off, next guild, arive at the guild in a jeep.
and at the rig that wasn't a jump in from no were. it was rped getting there.

Vic Voltage isn't on a lightning ball any more. He's in the center of a lightning vortex.
I wouldn't go so far as to say mushroom cloud, but that sure is a heck of a lot of electricity. Sure wouldn't want to be on the rig or in the water. sweatdrop Considering that information, if Goldbrease is following the bounty, or concerned about his fellow GNGer, I'm fairly certain the lightning would hit the boat Eileen is in. If not directly, indirectly since it's resting in the water. And yes, this means Daniel is in danger too, if he hasn't drowned already. sweatdrop

Despite what movies have taught you to think, Crude Oil, the type that would be on an Oil Drilling Rig, is not all that combustible.
Hell, last time an Oil Tanker wrecked off the coast of California they had to bring in the Army Engineers, and took about 2 weeks to set up the demolishions so the oil would Burn rather than polute the whole western coast.

theres no way I could beat the lightning in a race to get to eileen.
the only way I see anyone liveing from that attack if there on the rig is to jump off as soon as they can while the lightning hits the rig.... i'm not sure how in the world anyone in the water is going to live unless the lightning hit the wate ron the otherisde of the rig and even then.... depending on how high voltage thoes bolts are i'm not sure how much it will disipate and isperse upon impact.

Again another Movie Misconception. Water is actually a very poor conductor of electricity. In a mass as big as an Ocean the charge is quickly dispersed due to there just being too much MASS for it to significantly electrify the water.

i don't recall but doesn't the salt mess with the flow of electricity as well?
makes me whodner about all these games were the water is electrified and if you touch it you dioe and you oftenly have to jump from small object to get acrost a large room.
also edited first post so that its not aimed at the lightning ball that no longer exsists...
almost feels like i just wrote a patch note for an mmo.

and for ai leen's post of why gold is doing this.
well my character came to the rig to figure out the electircal mass.
he got into combat with vic because he thinks vic is one of the bio weapon DB agents.
since vic nocked out the lighting gold couldn't see vic's face to see the differnce so gold is basicly attacking thinking it someone he has to defeat for a personal matter.
