"Well you see mages, especially those considered a master at their craft, are often quite loathe to admit that not all avenues of magic go through the light. In fact, a vast majority of magic is often used for far darker purposes, much like your curse. And, as often as those that use their power for good would like to say that their technique is the only way to abolish evil magic, it is seldom the truth. As it happens however, I come from a family that has made a living by harnessing the darker forces of magic. You can imagine their disappointment when the baby of the family decided he'd rather pursue the light instead of extinguishing it." a pained expression flashes across his face atop a grim smile. "Now, while dear Mother and Father are no longer walking this plane, I do still have family about. Namely, my two Brothers and my Sister. They've all done quite well at carving out a niche for themselves in their respective corners of the world...using nefarious magic, of course. And...I can only imagine the perverse pleasure they'd take in my coming to them to ask for aid in dealing with such dark sorcery. Its not something I'd ever thought I would have to do..." he looks around at each of the women with their burgeoning bellies and gives them a nod. "...but, I suppose I don't have to. I want to. For my friends."

Mina listened intently as Cassius spoke. She had a slight bit of knowledge of darker magics, if anything she needed to know the little bits she did when it came to making a good variety of magical candles. When teleportation was mentioned she remembered what happened to Max and Caussius when ever they used their magics to great extent. "W-we can just ride there!" She blurted out. "I mean, it's not like we'll be riding uncomfortably, plus what's the point of having a fancy magical carriage if we're just going to be blipping from place to place."

Pulling herself upright and out of the doorway with the help of Cassius' hand, Vor'dra smiled. Things just got a whole lot more interesting... she thought looking Cassius up and down with her eyes. Who knew such powerful magic lurked in his bloodline...

"Not exactly a subtle way of traveling anymore..." Roxanne muttered, picturing their over-sized carriage flying through the sky as she waddled inside. "But I suppose it beats walking or horseback..." Waiting till nobody was looking the three-headed hell hound, Eclipse, suddenly stole the large bone from the cooking pot before following his mistress inside.

"And usually my order would usually exterminate those who would use dark magic" Firin replied to Cassius taking a few steps. "Not that I would personally. I think a certain Warlock has rubbed off on me" She had heard stories that travelled around her order about exterminating the evil magi but it was only for being in direct opposition to the forces of good.She crossed her hands under her bust the best she could. "I just don't want anyone here to be consumed by their use of it. I'm no mage but I've seen what can happen with sinister spells." Firin kept it.

Roxanne laughs at Firin's comment. "While my use of dark magic is frowned upon, for the most part I use it for the greater good. And as I stated when we first met, if you see me sliding down that slippery slope you have my permission to stop me by any means necessary." A short pause. "Which shouldn't be hard with a belly this big and basically no skill with a weapon."

Enjoying the mage's touch and the tingling sensation it bought, Vor'dra remained by his side as she silently watched the ed and flow of the conversation. If your siblings are as bad as you say, why not try a ruse first? Her voice whispered in Cassius' mind. My mistress passes as evil at first glance, why not claim everybody else is your prisoner and you seek a way to undo the curse she accidentally caught herself in?

The succubus bit her lip in pleasure as the mage's touch sent tingles of magic thrumming through her body and although the magic was simple and lacking any real power the cursed children within her womb siphoned the magic. Gently grabbing his fingers, Vor'dra pulled his hand away from her belly. As much as I appreciate the belly rub and potential growth of your touch, my telepathic speech works both ways. But keep things simple, the language you humans use is very strange.

Vor'dra shrugged. Such a ploy would be better coming from a friend such as yourself. Mistress tends to keep me on a short leash when it comes to such free thinking. And while she can be commanding at times, I doubt her power or leadership abilities would be enough to impress your siblings.

"I know Roxanne. Least you can summon your creatures to fight for you. Swinging this blade with this belly is hard enough. " The paladin replied looking to the greatsword which lay next to her pack. The holy warrior knew that this little excursion was going to be dangerous. Especially if she were to have to shield her comrades from the evil magicks. Though she were not going to say little more as she could see the succubus that Roxanne had summoned early now seemed to be flirting with Cassius but her her order told her little on demon-kind. More often than not all she were told that just to kill them and how to resist their whims.

The rune on the palm of his hand vanished after her removed his hands from Mina's belly. Their little shy romantic moment peering out as the mage awoke and wandered over to the small camp. Max gave the candle witch a nod and stood up. He would pull the Warlock aside later and explain runes. Max knew a bit of Rune Carving himself, so perhaps they could both work together to craft stones later.

Warlocks were good at that from what he remembered. As Cassius mused about Rune magic and began to explain his theory Max touched his heart. Born with a rune engraved inside of it, what he hadn't told Mina was that he had "awoken" sometime earlier. While most people learned their magic Max was born with his. He felt the elements so it was more of an emotional thrill ride for him every time he called upon them.

Bloodmagus called upon Pure Magic, the element itself. It flowed through their blood. Magic held emotions and was living and breathing just as much as they were. Cassius seemed to be the black sheep of his family, which sounded horrible. Pure Magic, it's most natural form, was neutral in all ways.

It fed off of the emotions of the one controlling it, allowing it's keepers to use it's powers for "good" and "evil". Magic itself rarely chose sides unless it was "blessed" or "tainted". Bloodmagus were like Shaman in some ways, they could feel the elements. Not just his but the magic from all around.

This was one reason he could trust this group, even the Warlock. Their magic seemed to match who they were. Cassius was obviously telling the truth and Max wasn't going to butt into the conversation. Once people had enough to eat he was busy cleaning up the pot and camp. They would be moving soon it seemed. He left the bone for the hell hound, still not intimidated by the large beast.

Warlocks drew upon the darkness and tainted magic of demons. It was that taint that allowed them to bind them to their magic and enslave them. To be able to summon a hell hound and have it act so friendly and protective towards her only displayed her strong connection to the tainted magic and trust she put into her demons.

The Succubus was a bit confusing though. Even though she was tainted, like most demons, a feeling of soft warmth radiated from her as well. Probably the magic within her large womb. Whatever the statues did, they might not be a curse. If they were a curse then there wouldn't have been a rune on Mina's belly that would allow her womb to grow.

It could be something simple as to all these women bearing all the children they're going to have in their lifetimes at once? It was a curious matter he would have to look through some of his books and take a good look at the statue and it's runes. Yet that was for later.

Following the group he equipped his gear and spear and followed behind the Warlock and Paladin, taking up the rear. Listening to their conversation, it was curious how well they seemed to get along. Of course Darkness and Light always had, it was only when one or the other became "blessed" or "tainted" that they despised each other.

Still he wasn't going to explain his magic, unless someone really wanted to know. "I'm sure you all are wrought with massive back pain?" he asked speaking up hoping he wasn't rudely butting into their conversation. "I probably could help with that, but I'd need a bit of help from Madame Warlock first." he nodded taking his place to walk beside the Paladin, sandwiching her in the middle.

"I'm Maxamillion Stardust by the way, Max is fine though. Sorry to kind of just poof into your undead party earlier but it's really not hard to suddenly notice undead up and about." he smirked. "Especially when I've been hunting game and monsters around this location for about a week." Max mused a bit with a soft chuckle as his friendly eyes and face turned to smile at them both.

"Sorry I hope I'm not butting into anything, I just overheard you speaking about back pain. Like Mina I'm sure your bellies way you down a bit, plus I'm sure you all bare the same runes as she does. I didn't get to explain it much but I can later if anyone wants to talk about it." Max spoke keeping the carriage door open for them to enter first.

The Lancer and the strange alluring magic woman were probably already inside. There was something about the woman that made him cautious. Belladona didn't sport a belly like the rest of the women here, yet. Though something told him she might not. Max was impressed at the sight of what was inside the carriage. It was like they had stepped into a mansion?

Some magic was random and silly and hard to figure out. Closing the door behind them he crossed his arms and pondered a bit. The wandering monster hunter and drifter hoped this rag tag group didn't mind him tagging along. He was more curious about the runes, especially the ones on his hand. What did it mean? Surely it held some connection?

(OOC: FYI the runes on Max's palm will be one of protection. I figure all the men will gain them. It's a symbol stating that they're protecting the pregnant women and the life inside of them and the only ones allowed to interact with their wombs, such as belly rubs and stuff. Pretty much just as the girls were chosen so were the guys. :3 xD rofl if that's fine with you all. Sorry to kind of get carried away I hope my post was alright. xP)
