I'm making myself one with mushrooms, whole roasted garlic gloves, olive oil, chevré, red onion, and roasted peppers. Pure heaven.

Ooh, pizzas! I love basic mozzarella, tomato, Proscuitto di Parma (Parma ham) and pesto pizza. Also I've just got to know into this fantastic, totally Finnish pizza called Berlusconi. http://kotipizza-savonlinna.pizza-online.fi/convert/pizzanet2.php/1005/tuotekuvat/1005_1221040702.jpg It has smoked reindeer, chantarelle, red onions and cheese. The base of the pizza has rye in it so it's really crispy and tasty. It's sooo good! heart The name for the pizza is pretty interesting. For those who don't know, Berlusconi is an Italian politician who managed to cause quite a ruckus in Finland for commenting how bad our food is. Well, little after this Finland attended to a pizza making world championship where Finland won the Italians (who say they are the motherland of pizzas) with this smoke reindeer pizza. Just for the fun of it, they named this world championship pizza after this politician who claimed that Finland can't make proper food. xd

i think some of my favorites at the time (of perpetual drunkenness) were foster's, heineken, lonestar, elephant beer... i know there's more, but those memories are a little... hazy. lol lately, i've tried redbridge, but only once or twice. and that's about it.

Ms. Cam-Your aquarium is going off right now. Thanks for the choices. I'll just take my usual bowmore(18 year old single malt scotch from the highlands of Scotland). Please and thank you.
