Tier stared at the necklace for a full minute, not knowing what this humming sound was attempting to do. It was the first time he got a reaction out of the necklace like this. It reminded him of what an interference with a radio signal sounded like.

Reeve looks on the Dojo, perched in a tall pine in the treeline. He shakes his head a little, dismayed at the varying, yet usual states of disrepair he finds the Dojo in whenever he reaches it in his wanderings.

The eclipse remained fixed in it's position overhead. The crows flying overhead were few and far between. The animals had no orders to do anything more to the ruins here after all, though one of the birds started to circle once it noticed Reeve.

H3X The eclipse remained fixed in it's position overhead. The crows flying overhead were few and far between. The animals had no orders to do anything more to the ruins here after all, though one of the birds started to circle once it noticed Reeve.
The vagabond whistles in that impressed tone. "Creepy," he admits aloud. "We lived here." Not one to miss details, with Neko's analytical 'adjustments' still hovering around his brain, Reeve notices the circling crow, tracking it with his eyes. He breathes a sigh. "Give back my dream, raven- the moon you have woken me to is misted over." ((Extra credit to whomever can name the author XD))

The bird circled several times, moving lower with each revolution. It's glowing green eyes becoming more noticeable as it descended, till eventually the bird landed in a tree, preening itself with it's beak and acting as though it were just curious.

(( Si. Err, correcto.)) Nothing good ever came of crows with glowing green eyes. Reeve leans a bit forward on his tree branch, easing a kunai from its sheath.

The bird blinked several times, hopping back carefully, looking Reeve straight in the eyes.
Moments before a swirl of black flame appeared at the base of the tree Reeve was sitting on. Taking shape into the demon Reeve had punched before.

Reeve keeps his eyes on the bird, though they narrow as he detects something going on below. He whips the kunai, but down at the shape, rather than at the crow.

The man, or rather demon, moved back a step, blinking as the end was sliced off his cigar. He glanced up at Reeve, then moved his fingers underneath the stump and with a snap lit it once more, taking one last puff before tossing it over his shoulder.
"And here I thought being nice and social was something you humans liked"

A woman sat in the forest near the ruined dojo. She had been keeping an eye on the flocks of crows from under the treeline. Her energy signature was barely a blip, until something happened.
A tiny sliver of a powerful energy crept directly to her, and her chakra spiked momentarily. She stood up, grabbing the spear she left leaning against a tree, and looked off in the direction of the dojo. Now that she wasn't hiding, she could sense those around her, just as they could also sense her.

" Forgive me for bein' cautious around someone I've had cause to deck before," Reeve says, ever the eloquent speaker. He drops from the tree, his eyes narrowing.
" Chakra spike. Power reasonable, distance moderate- you've got back up, don't you?"
He holds out his palm, scarred unbelievably from the last time he'd blown it apart, and with a crack and sizzle of electricity, the kunai returns to it.

He tilted his head. "Only if you count my second eye here" he motioned to the crow which promptly landed on his shoulder, opposite his good eye. "But still, it does come with the territory to notice spirit voids when you are one yourself." he turned his head towards the woman, the crow returning to it's staring contest with Reeve as he did so.

The woman began to walk, quickly turning into a jog. After a moment, it would seem that she was moving away from the two (three?).

"Yeah-huh," Reeve says, disbelief evident. He sets off in at first an easy lope toward the retreating, jogging target, but as he builds up speed and static charge, eventually there's a crack like thunder and he's gone, at least to the human eye.
