Crow moved his arm frantically to help keep pressure on Kioko's wound as she turned her neck at dramatic angles. He sighed as Ventus began to throw a fit, despite their previous encounter he really did feel bad for him. He stood abruptly and walked over to where Angelo and Strobe had last been since he'd felt their energies, looking back at Ventus every few seconds in hopes of getting his attention. He stood over the area where they had last been, prompting Ventus to think about it.

At this point, Ventus was beyond distraction. Tears were rolling down his face with renewed fervor as he delivered his cries to the sky.
"ANGELO! ANGELO!" he began to pound his fists into the earth, his temper tantrum raging all over his face as his eyebrows knotted themselves into a single line of defiance.

Kioko frowned. Ventus was like a kid now. Was this how he was normally? how did Angelo deal with this?
"Ventus, calm down." she tried saying.

Ventus was angry and sad all at once. Without Angelo, he didn't know what he was supposed to do. Then, a voice of reason. It wasn't like Angelo's, but it would do. Slowly, the tears ceased to flow from him, and he was alright. Not completely, but he was calmed, andthe voice was comforting. He sniffed his tears back and sat there, rubbing the moisture out of his eyes.

Kioko sighed, then she coughed again. if she kept talking at this rate, it would take longer for her to heal. from what she could feel, the main source of pain was right on her neck base, and it was making her throat hurt.
"okay, so lets think about what to do right now." she said slowly.

Crow nodded calmly, and smiled at Ventus reassuringly. With a glance around he began searching for ideas on what to do, his gaze passed the path that they had come from. For a brief instant he was worried, what if Strobe was being taken back to the labs? He dismissed it quickly though, Angelo was on their side now, or so he'd been persuaded to believe. From here Crow looked towards the city, perhaps they could leave markers behind for their friends. Or perhaps should they stay here, or seek them out?

Kioko sighed. she thought about it and remembered they still have some money left. Maybe the best possible answer is to go to the city to get treated.
"i think we should go to Miami and bring me to a hospital. im pretty beat up. plus we could use a few more things." she suggested

Ventus, seeing that the girl who spoke was hurt, quickly moved forward. He scooped her up and sat her on his shoulder, mammoth of a man he is. This way, she didn't have to walk. He would carry her anywhere she wanted to go.
"Safe, safe..."

Crow, seeing Ventus moving in quickly towards them made a quick back dash moving out of his range, holding Kioko tightly. He still wasn't that sure of Ventus' side, or his sanity for that matter, his temper tantrums were something to be wary of. Either way he still looked at him invitingly, wishing for him to follow. Though once they made it to the city they'd be hard pressed to help Ventus fit in.

Kioko looked at crow. then at Ventus. This was going to be hard to get along. Ventus' mind wasnt really with his age group, and she didnt care or anything, it was just that his temper tantrums would become a problem if he had them often. they would have to make sure they didnt get him mad the slightest but when they get to the city. Besides, ventus could pass as just a really big adult.
"well, last time i remember, the city was east. so lets head that way." she said looking up at where the sun's position was.

Ventus stepped back as Kioko was snatched from his shoulder. He made a terrible face and tears began to leak down his face. He felt like he was being chastised, and it hurt. "Sorry."
((By the way, i don't know if I said this earlier, but just to be on the safe side, Ventus is in his mid-thirties.))

((wow, long groundation. uhh, Fights over, Strobe taken away, Kioko badly injured, we have Ventus but not angelo, and crow is here too. and yes, i realize he's an adult, with a young mind rightT? oh and Elizabeth was taken back to the lab cus she followed Vijay??))
Kioko sighed. She turned to crow as if saying that it was okay. Keeping him calm was the priority if they wanted to blend in the city. Besides, it would give crow more movement and Ventus can hold her easy. Her neck wound was to a point where the blood didnt gush out. And she was getting part of her energy back.
"okay, east is that way according to the sun's position. Let's get there before dark at least." she said pointing east.

Back in the lab, The scientists were doing tons of tests to the still unconcious elizabeth. she had her hands and feet cuffed with the special cuffs as well as many metal bars holding her down. She had some tubes stuck to her head and body to anyalize her brain and body functions. It was a real mess.

Crow cringed at Ventus' display of sadness, it was an afterthought but it was sure to have happened. After seeing Kioko's expression he nodded and approached Ventus slowly. He dropped to a knee to free Kioko from the grasp of one of his arms and extend it towards Ventus. East, he hoped Ventus or Kioko knew the way, because he surely didn't know where they were. He looked around for a moment, he knew Patrick and Max were still around here somewhere.
