She looked up into his eyes and could tell he meant it.
Looking back down she held her skirt to her legs.
Thats when she noticed her legs had been cut too.
"Sorry for trying to kill you...
I...I didnt mean to.
But I believe you when you said I did."
She looked up at him kinda confused.
"But was it necessary to try and hurt me
when you tried stopping me?"
She indicated to the cuts on her legs not
bother to show her the ones under her shirt.

One, because i dont have any weapon to cut you.
and Two, I only held you up against the wall .

"So thats your power then?"
She looked at her cuts in a funny way.
"Well how did these get here then?"
Koori lifted her shirt up half-way,
just enough to show him more cuts
but nothing else.

"Well unless i was violently molesting you i dont really know how those cuts got there."
he noticed her looking at him weird.
"Don't get me wrong thats not something i would do." he said quickly.
"But to attack me you must of been possessed by something."

After a few minutes her mind started to clear up.
"If I think hard enough...
I remember seeing a demon.
He was shaking me and yelling at me in some weird language.
I couldnt understand what he was saying.
Then I tried to attack him and he pinned me..."
She stopped. She knew where this was going.

"During that time you cut this big hole in my jacket."
He opened up the hole to show her how big it was.
"your lucky i can fight otherwise that cut wouldn't be here." He pointed at his jacket.
"It would be here." he pointed at his stomach through the opening in his jacket.

She started to cry.
The only friend she had, and she almost killed him.

She hugged him.
Her head was leaning on his shoulder.

He hugged her back rubbing her back and head.

She stopped crying after a little while.
She stood there in his arms, finally calming down.

"they are coming after you cause your afraid of them your making yourself more vulnerable. It's easier for them to get to you then it is for them to get to me for example. He stopped talking and looked at her.

And now hes acting all high and mighty.
It would of been nicer if he said something else.
Ugh.
She got herself out of his arms and walked away without a word.
Her leg hurt but she didn't care if she damaged it anymore.
Koori arrived outside the door of the nurses office.
She just stood there unsure of what to do next.
