YEAR: Sophomore
PERSONALITY: Acts cold and distant towards others and can be very rebellious and sarcastic but is really very shy and kind hearted. Very mature for her age.
BACKGROUND: Struggled with family crisis and illness as a child. Has played music and sang all her life. Has switched schools many times. Has strong beliefs.
PICTURE:
Very short (only 5'0") and petite (76 lbs) but is able to supply a good amount of air for her instrument.

Lycoris stepped onto school grounds carrying her Bass Clarinet case in her left hand. She glanced around at all of the other band students and sighed, then began to walk again. Another new group of people at another new school. This should be fun, she thought sarcastically.

Personality: A laid-back sort of guy with a bit of an ego problem. He comes by it honestly, though. On the surface can seem a bit apathetic towards a lot of things, but is actually rather sensitive...Though he'll NEVER admit it.
Background: Has grown up in the same neighborhood for his entire life, but recently moved because of the death of his mother. His music keeps him going...For now.

He wasn't looking where he was going, but he didn't really care all that much. With his headphones shoved into both of his ears and his music on full blast, Lance walked haphazardly through the crowds of people, ignoring everything and everyone, but still trying not to whack anybody with his trombone case.
Better to just pretend that I don't need any friends right now...It might make it easier. He thought to himself.
Looking around at the groups of band people, he chanced a glance at a short girl who was walking straight at him. He nodded to her and then stared for a moment, noticing SOMETHING written in her eyes.
She already intrigued him.
But he knew better...People were trouble. And what were the odds that she'd give a damn about him anyway?
Regardless of what he thought about people, a little voice in his head said,
Why don't you smile at her? You're being stupid...By the looks of it, she's just as new as you are.
He tried to force his mouth into a grin.
((Oh darn, she signed off! Lycoris...Grrr...Now what?? Eh heh...))

Kayla noticed the newer ggirl (the one she didnt meet yet) was looking at another new kid. geez how many new kids are gonna come today?!?!?! she thought.

((Sorry, I'm back now!))
Lycoris saw a tall man with glasses and black hair walking towards her. His eyes were on her, and the strained smile on his face puzzled her, so Lycoris turned her head and looked away. Not paying attention to where she was going, she tripped over something and her Bass Clarinet case slid away from her and towards the boy.
"Shoot," she muttered as she tried to stand up, but she felt a sharp pain in her knee. As she looked down, she saw a small tear in the knee of her stocking, showing a bright red scar etched with fresh blood. She groaned and pulled a band-aid out of her messenger bag. Dumb gravel, she thought. These were new stockings, too.
She sighed and opened the band-aid package.

Abby looked at John. "What do you guys here do if there isn't a bd?"

"this." Nick veered off course for a second, and tackled Abby. "Mostly whatever we want." Nick got up, and walked over to his guitar forgetting what he was doing before.
