1) There isn't a head either. I haven't drawn the suspenders.
2) I suspect its like another kind of holster. Some surplus military stores sell suspenders like that that usually hold grenades and ammo. I suspect that Zaalbar has those to hold the grenades he makes.

Actually, for the contest, I was thinking on getting a second edit.
But I can't decide who the person I pair him with will be. It has to be a guy, so I was considering Jolee bindo, or Dash Rendar.
Jolee fits the time period, but Dash is so much cooler.
