A friend of mine broke that, Mana. I believe it's supposed to be 1 in 100 pokemon you see are shiny. You have to fight a single type of pokemon 100 times, give or take a few, and you'll see one.
Shin, I put up a single custom jutsu for now. Are you or Misu in charge of jutsu?

Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! I broke the RNG on Golden Sun, so that I got myself rare equipment drops every time I fought in a certain area. xD
That's not breaking the generator, Lan. That's deciphering basic principles. The idea behind breaking it, is that you'll find that shiny after one encounter. Every little thing you do influences your chances. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!
