"Scandal!" Dani said clearly annoyed at being tugged along. Stopping in her tracks and facing her girlfriend.
"We can't leave, our friends need us. Some of them can't fight. And the rest of them are in space."
She looks at her shaking her head.
"We have to do something."

*Scandal stopped. She was about to spill a big secret to Dani. That she and the Six were becoming mercenaries who would work for the highest bidder. It would get her far away from her father and set her up financially. She never bought into her father's rule the world thing nor the whole hero thing they taught at the school.*

"What the hell? 'They havn't' what? Scandal?"
Was she going to say what she thought she was? That she was expecting some kinda of payment for helping her own people? But then she said it. It was clear as day. These weren't her people... her people were back at the school. Having nothing to do with this fight... and only looking out for themselves.
She looked at Scandal. Removing her arms form her's taking a step back.
"If you need to check on them. Then go. I wont stop you. But i'm not coming with you. My fight is here."

Cassie tried to think... Jen was right.. they needed a ship.
" Ship...ship... aren't a bunch of Hero High and Toonami Tech students aliens? Surely they would know how to get a ship."
Cassie landed,putting Jen gently on the ground as well. Maybe she should find her brother.
"But who? How on earth are we gonna find a space ship?"
It was then Cassie heard a voice behind her.
"Edward knows where there's a space ship.."
Cassie turned to see a Toonami Tech student looking at her and Jen.
"What did you say?"
" I said Edward knows where there's a spaceship..."

"Who's Edward?" Jen asked totally confused. She had considered Bulma but she thought that girl was the most annoying she'd ever met.
"Wait....it couldn't be..." A vague memory surfaced in Jen's mind. It was of a weird girl that looked like a boy and was a Cloud Cuckoo Lander first class. "I hope we have enough candy."

*Scandal glared at Dani while toying with the idea of knocking the blonde out to drag her away. She would not let her girlfriend throw away her life needlessly, especially when the Six needed her leadership. The solution presented itself when the Six abruptly arrived. Thomas Blake pulled Scandal aside.*
Luthor hired us to aid in the defense of Midvale.
Truly?
Yes. Will we need to babysit your girlfriend?
*Scandal scowled.*
No. I will.
*She strolled back over to Dani and the Six.*
Let's get to work, people. And Danielle...we will talk about this later.

On aboard the Separatist cruiser...

*Chris rubbed his helmet and looked over to Anakin. The Jedi had engaged Darth Maul again. Their lightsabers were moving so fast that they were just blurs of light. Outside of Wally, Professor Allen, and a couple of other teachers, Chris hadn't seen anyone move so fast in a fight.
Suddenly, Anakin cut through the handle of Maul's double bladed lightsaber and the Sith warrior was left weaponless. The Jedi held his lightsaber above his head for a downward strike as he gasped for breath. Maul managed to look frightened and angry at once and Chris slowly approached the Jedi.*
Anakin....dude...it's okay. You've won.

"Huff...huff...huff..." It sucked that running was *this* much effort. It also sucked that, despite the fact that Holt Hyde had some heat-generating abilities (which he assured Wally and Linda that he got from his mom, not his dad), he didn't have Jackson's encyclopedic knowledge of the starship they were on.
Which meant that they had no idea where they were going, or where Karen was.
They were on the defensive. Wally HATED playing defensive. The three kids turned a corner and started catching their breath.
"Look, you guys. Normally I'm all for barreling in head-first-"
"We should barrel in head-first?! You got it!" Holt turned to start charging back into the fray. Wally grabbed him by the back of his collar. Jeez, so impulsive!
"NO! Wait! I mean...we need to think of some strategy. We're not any good to Karen or anyone else here if we get killed running around in circles."
The other two nodded.
"I came here with two other guys...Hartley Rathaway and his friend Amadeus Cho. Hartley went upstairs to cause a disruption with the soldiers or rebels or whatever these peeps are. Cho went to...I think to override the dock bay commands so we can escape. I think we need to head in the direction he went...the way of the control room. That way we can find out where Karen's being held."

Dani was glaring at the Six that had just arrived. Looks like they've just gotten what they wanted... And what Scandal wanted. She got to see her friends were alright. They were all too secretive to her liking. Guess that meant they would help save the city.
It made her wonder just who her girl friend really was... They defiantly had to talk.
"Damn right."
Dani whispers back still angry at the situation that Scandal and her 'friends' had put her in and the city as well.
She armored up with the Wichblade it twinkled in the moonlight, and ran off to do what needed to be done. Finally something to take her frustrations out on.
"Here little droid-y droids..."

Cassie looked over at Jen and then back at Edward..
"So where's this space ship?"
" Spike and Faye-Fay are getting it.."
It wasn't long before Cassie and Jen saw a space ship land right in front of them. and Edward started jumping around.
" Bebop can get us there! It's Spike and Faye-Fay.."
Cassie looked over at Jen and shrugged.
"Shall we?"

Linda looked over at Wally.
" I was unconscious when they brought us here so I have no idea how to get around this ship. So Holt and I will follow you... I hope you have a good sense of direction Wally."
Not even realizing it, Linda stuck really close to Wally... She had never seen this side of him. Could she have wrong about West this whole time? Linda then saw the hooded figure around the corner. She muttered...
"She's the one who brought us here... there's something familiar about her though. "
Before either Wally or Holt could stop her,Linda charged at the hooded figure knocking her to the ground.
" I don't like being kidnapped or having my friends get hurt."
The hood got knocked off the figure and Linda was looking straight at Padme... She paused a minute.
"Hey, Aren'tyou that cheerleader from Jedi Academy?"
Padme pushed Linda off and was about ready to run when Linda grabbed her.
"Oh no you don't! You're going to tell me what happened to Karen!"
"Fat chance! Bimbo!"
"I'll show you who's a bimbo."
Padme didn't have any powers... but neither did Linda. So the two girls were on the floor brawling. Holt watched wide-eyed and nudged.
"Dude! Chick fight! Man that's hot!!!"

"Why yes, let's." Jen grinned. She let Edward climb up as the girl seemed to like bouncing off the She-Hulk.
The girls stepped inside and a tall slim man made a cool gesture at them.
"Ladies, welcome aboard."
"Thanks," Jen smiled not sure if she was supposed to be charmed or not but when with it. "I'm Jen and this is my friend Cassie, we just need a ride to the invading ship."

*Anakin blinked, slowly lowering his weapon and shutting it down. Chris didn't notice that the Jedi's eyes faded from orange back to their normal blue. He drew in a deep breath to center himself.*

*Chris stepped in front of Anakin before he could get riled up again.*

*Chris went down to one knee before the Sith warrior.*
Okay, horny....um....bad word choice there. Anyway, we're looking some kidnapped people. An Earthling, a Monster guy, and a blonde with biggest pair of-
*Anakin bopped Chris on the head with the hilt of his lightsaber.*

*Maul's eyes widened before Chris knocked him out with a right cross. Anakin raised an eyebrow.*
We kinda needed him, Powell.
Nah. He wouldn't tell us. Plus, that was fun.
*The pair tied Maul and Fett together using cord from the bounty hunters armor and headed out. They hurried along some corridors when a voice drifted out of one.*
"Dude! Chick fight! Man that's hot!!!"
*They looked at each other, both said "Karen.", and headed towards the voice.*

"Chris!" Wally shouted over the sound of Linda whupping the unholy hell out of Padme. The sight of his bro had knocked Wally out of the weird fugue watching Linda kick a** had incapacitated him with. "Look out! One of those stinkbutt Jedi are behind you!"
"I'm WITH him, you idiot." Anakin gave Wally a glare as they came to a stop. Padme looked up.
"Ani! It's you!" She shoved Linda away and almost dove into his arms. "I did it all for you, Ani! This was all for you!"
Silence fell over them all as what she'd just admitted sank in. It was only broken by Holt snapping his fingers.
"Aw, man. Does that mean the chick fight's over?"

The sound of a crash caused all heads to turn as the Separatist transport ship crashed down into the landing pad of the star cruiser and slid halfway across the dock before it came to a hault.
Inside, Ghoulia looked over her shoulder and moaned, "Unngnnnn"
"What did she say?" Achilles asked.
Frankie Stein answered, "She said sorry. Landing isn't her specialty."
"She did fine by my look on things." Achilles answered, patting the zombie girl's bony shoulder. "Now we do battle."
"Can we find Jackson?" Frankie asked with her hands clasped.
"We will find everyone. But stay behind me until we scout the area." Achilles answered. "I will not brook any of you being hurt."
He nodded to Ghoulia who started typing at the keypads and the door of the ship slid open and Achilles started out with the others peeking out from behind him.

Anakin looked down at Padme who had wrapped her arms around him and admitted that she was behind this whole invasion. He gently pushed her off of him...
" What do you mean by that?"
" Oh Ani I know you were just under the control of that beach ball boobs Hero High bimbo! Poor Ani... she must of hypnotized you with those gigantic melons of hers. That idiot girl should've blown up with the rest of her kind. But it's okay... she lost her former home and now she'll lose this one. Then after she's completely out of the way, you and I can be together forever"
Anakin looked at Padme, she was not the same girl he remembered meeting all those years ago on Tatooine. He didn't know how to handle this ... he felt guilty... this whole thing was over him? Padme looked at Anakin and noticed how standoffish he was being.
"Ani, Why are you looking at me like I'm crazy?"
"..."
"I'm NOT crazy! That b***h will pay for this!"
Padme pressed a button and droids flocked the hallway to protect her and to attack Anakin, Wally, Chris, Holt, and Linda. Padme ran off to Karen's room, after placing chains on her she dragged Karen out... She looked at Karen.
"Time for Anakin to see you die. That'll drag him back to his senses."

As Cassie boarded the ship she saw a slim man with green hair who seemed to be checking Jen out. There was also a foul mouth purple haired woman who was scantily dressed and of course Ed. Cassie sat down as the Bebop was headed towards the ship Chris and the others were on they were attacked by smaller ships. Spike spoke out.
"It's gonna be a bumpy ride...."

*Anakin instantly went into action. His lightsaber weaved a wall of light, deflecting blaster bolts back at the droids. Chris shoved Linda, Holt, and the powerless Wally behind him.*
Stay behind us.
*Chris's armor shifted into heavy assault mode and he moved up behind Anakin.*
Crouch on my mark.
*Chris leveled his heavy lasers at the crowd of droids.*
One, two, three...MARK!
*Anakin dropped and Chris opened up on the droids, his heavy lasers thundering down the corridor. The enclosed space gave the droid troopers no room to dodge or find cover and they went down quickly. Padme soon found herself being escorted by four of General Grievous's Magnaguards.*
Careful, Powell. They're not only carrying those electrostaves. Those rocket launching rifles.
Hell. We've got to get these three to safety. Those rockets will rip them...and us...to shreds in this hallway.
*Anakin shoved his lightsaber into the floor and cut a hole.*
Instant escape hatch.
Nifty.
