*Not knowing whether the elevator was working yet or not, Eecheb and the others had avoided using it, since it had been under repairs. Thusly it took Eecheb several minutes to get back to his room via a proud looking strole up the thirty-one floors he had to cover, in order to get to his room. The entire way, his tail swing back and forth boldly. So young and already he had a large ego, one could only imagine it being worse as he got older, if not deflated now in his youth. Once Eecheb finally got back to the room, he would briefly take note that Trilla and Micha were absent. After that was assessed, Eecheb plopped the carton down on his bed and started posing infront of his mirror. Ego + Narcissism... my that sounded familiar. The boy would spend several more minutes in front of his mirror, checking out his muscles, baring his teeth, and puffing up to try and look large and scary. Perhaps meeting Tyrsais had triggered the latter of the boy's actions. The carton would rest on its side on the bedsheets, left unopend for now presumably*

Eecheb: whee heart

Mugiri was angeed by Mastema making him wait. He noticed one tower, taller than the rest, gleaming with chrome and curiosity. He launched himself at the building, flying higher and higher, nearl three quarters of the length up the tower. He tried to see through the windows, but thy only reflectedhis image back at him. He divebombed parallel to the tower, and alofted on a building nearby, wondering at the large spire.

Mastema was growing rather impatient with Mugiri as well. All of these needless interruptions were trying his nerves, so to speak. "The first step to finding anything is to ask legitimately phrased questions, Mugiri. You are in a formerly human city, and their old commodities are still kept in their markets. I'm sure you can find your own food; young children evidently can." Mastema was obviously referring to Micha, mostly. The boy had found his way around sweets and other human food quite easily, while also making a mess of himself. His mask had been placed back in the small box and placed at Mastema's bedside. He would probably get to work soon enough.

Thanatos, for the first time in a while, was now back at his workshop and his project was nearing completion. All about he had drawings and designs for what seemed to be new attire. What place they played in his plan to find Kaiori was uncertain right now. Of course, Than was letting Zio do most of the work. Than himself was sitting down and seemed to be focusing his energy for something.

*One might wonder how Micha would handle something that was canned. He had yet to discover such an item though, also if a canned item was out of date, then it would do no good as a food source. Hopefully there were a good few hundred thousand canned items or more within exceptable age limits. Meanwhile in the library, Micha sneezes and blinks after the slight recoil. Trilla had looked up then started laughing after hearing the sound; Micha had been sneezing a lot over the past few months. After Trilla had settled down again, she continued on with her coloring, flipping page after page. By now though, her colored pencils were getting rather dull, she'd neet to sharpen them somehow*

Micha: . . .

*Nana was still at Mastema's side, and was thinking about what she should do. Walking up and down the tower would be good for building up her endurance again, and possibly speed if she were to choose to time herself. Once her endurance had improved, perhaps she'd try taking a short walk or two near the base of the tower, then go a little further each time. Once she was able to wander about like she used to, then she's have more of her independance back. Nana was looking forward to teaching the children again, though for the time being their lessons would likely be held in the tower, moving back out to the library when Nana was able. If Mastema was going to get working again soon, then it was probably a good idea to help herself recover even more*

Mugiri growled. "Master you treat me like a child, and it angers me. I will find my food, and I will bide my time, but I will not allow you to treat me like this forever!" He shut off his telepathic voice, or so he hoped, and stalked off, walking like a cannibal on the hunt. He entered building after building, and found one that had stores and stores of canned food. He was gnawing through a can before the door closed.

::Tyrsais would merely smile for a moment before standing up and walking over to his desk. He would open the large bottom drawer and within which was a safe. He kept a small stockpile of blood there. He would grab a bag tossing it to Yuri and give me a slight smirk as he walked toward him::

Now it will not always be this easy... You see this blood can sustain you, but the more you use your powers the more of your essence will disappear. You will need to drain live targets every so often...

::With that a small amused chuckle would break out as he had no intention of helping Yuri with this first lesson. Every vampire had to learn that they were alone in this world. This was paramount when compared to all other things. Life was something you had to steal.::

Yuri caught the bag of blood and looked down at it for a moment before nodding to Tyrsais, carefully setting it to the side for the moment. He would need to conserve that for later if he were to hope to survive. He knew he would need to discover things on his own, and he had no desire to pester Tyrsais with subjective questions until he had more experience. So he merely nodded and asked one last question. Very well. Trysais, am I able to exit the barrier to hunt for food. Because barring that possibility, and having no targets here in the citadel, I am not sure where to find these living targets.... With that he fell silent, having asked his last important question. With that piece of information he would be able to explore on his own and, with any luck, survive....

*After a while of muscle flexing in the mirror, Eecheb finally decided to kick back, seating himself in his bed. The carton of cream was nearby, and Eecheb was feeling a little thirsty now. Taking the carton and shaking it up again to hear the contents, Eecheb smiles just a little. "Shaken not Stirred" as the famous spy 007 would always say. Tiny bubbles always tickled the tongue, so the carton was shook quite vigarously. Eecheb's favorite thing to do with cartons was to puncture small holes near one corner, then to suck the contents out, almost like a vampire and his or her victom. Eecheb even had a nice little set of fangs, that protruded just a little farther than his normal incisors, and were a little sharper too. Taking one fang, Eecheb punched a hole into the cream carton, then tilted his head back to let the contents drip out onto his tongue. After the fourth or fifth steady drip, Eecheb could tell that this was something far different from what he normally ingested. A quick reflex and the carton was turned in the boy's hand, so it wouldn't drip all over the place. Eecheb's eyes opened and closed, several times over the course of a few seconds. What on earth was this stuff? Pulling the carton back a little more, Eecheb eyed the carton a little warrily, and swirled what of it there was, around in his mouth*

Eecheb: confused

::Tyrsais would sigh slightly when the question was posed to him he seemed almost disappointed. He would motion for Yuri to come over to the computer which he was standing by::

Come here and I will give Zio a full breakdown of your rights... You'll be able to enter and exit as you please. You are not a prisoner.
::A small beam of energy would scan over Yuri for a few seconds taking close note of his form and energy readings. It would create a complex profile of him and upload it to Zio asking for permission for him to leave and go::
PostPosted: Tue Aug 01, 2006 8:43 pm

Yuri came over to where Tyrsais gestured, allowing the strange device called Zio to scan him as needed. As he stood there he bowed to Tyrsais, apparently aware of the man's slight dissapointment through their connection. Forgive my impudence, this is just all so new to me. I will do my best to become more knowledgable so I will not dissapoint you in the future.... With that he fell silent, awaiting the device to complete it's appraisal so that he might begin to explore and learn about his new surroundings. He needed to discover the limits of his new body on his own and find a stable food source at that. Once that was accomplished, he would be able to grow, both physically and in experience....

*Shaking off the initial taste, Eecheb would put the carton town with the side that had the hole, facing up so it wouldn't leak onto his bedding or floor. Crouching on the floor along side his bed, Eecheb would eye the carton suspiciously. He really had grabbed something odd, and definitly not chocolate milk. Eecheb would have gone for his favored blue drink, but Nana had them removed... why? Well.... they were alcoholic afterall. That left the boy with few options, and this one was apparently a bad one. Eecheb's wings would flex a bit, as he continued to eye the carton. Meanwhile, Trilla and Micha were done with the library for now and had started back to the tower. They could probably use a bite to eat, as Eecheb did, to boost their enery by now*

Mugiri exited the restaurant, a can of condensed soup chewed to a half-indefined ball of metal in his mouth. His tail twitched in irritation, as his favorite kind of soup seemed to be the single kind they didn't have- Clam Chowder. He walked around the central tower now, wondering of how he could get in, and if he would be allowed to by his master.

*The central tower was meant for the family alone, so it was highly unlikely that Mugiri would be granted entrance. Micha and Trilla were on their way back now, it would be a while before they got there though, and they'd be arriving from the north together. Mugiri might or might not spot them when they got back. The central tower afterall was rather large to walk around, and he could miss them by a second. The voice had talked about a son... but there there were several here, in fact once Mugiri discovered just how many children there were, who knows what he'd think or do. Currently the one closestly resembling what Mugiri currently was, would be Eecheb. Fangs, black wings, tail.... and attitude that could be toned down a few notches. If Mugiri did spot Micha and Trilla, he'd see that they were more or less identical twins, save for the difference in gender and hair style.... and well the wings were slightly different aswell. Again however, it would take a little while for them to show up, as they were in no hurry*

At his pace, the large dome was towering above Zackala within half an hour. But.. from what he could see it was just that. A large, smooth, shiny dome. The Har called out a few times before deciding that he simply must be on the wrong side, and began to walk along the way to his right.
Zackala was truly a miserable sight. A thin layer of dirt covered most of his body and the usually beautiful hair was a mess. His clothes were no exeption, being shreds of their former selves. The blanket he wrapped tightly around his waist was the closest thing he'd had to real clothes in days.

Yuri's data would be uploading to Zio quickly enough. He would have the same privileges as the other residents, plus a few restrictions of course.

A few hours had now passed since Mastema shared a romantically pleasant morning with Nana. At this point, Nana had been left to her own devices for some time now, and for better or worse, so had Trilla.

As fate would have it, some of Mastema's generals had started to take Slayer up on his offer of a sparring match with him, a well seasoned combat specialist. However, the results were less than impressive. Zenogais sat boredly atop a building; although, the sight of Sho sailing through the air because Slayer had knocked him up when he was moving at full speed was quite amusing. Sho would hit the ground with a satisfying thud and grunt, deciding not to get up. Slayer could only sigh as the speedy warrior was brought down in a single attack. "Take a break, my friend. We will try again soon," Slayer said forgivingly, "now, Omega Zenogais, it's your turn." The massive beast crawled into place on all fours, almost in a pouncing position, while Sho pulled himself to the sidelines. The fighting was quite loud, and was less than a block from the main tower, so it wasn't inconceivable that anyone around would be able to hear them, the children and Mugiri, perhaps even Nana.

Seven seconds and multiple loud punches crashing on metal later, Omega had lost her match.

Zackala was certainly not alone outside the barrier; dozens maybe hundreds of droids of many types were at work outside the barrier, and the second Zackala was sighted, two of the humanoid size 1Bs raised there rifles to attack positions, but didn't aim at Zackala yet. Instead, the female voice of Zio would be projected from one of them. "You have approached private territory without notification. Please state your reason for coming to this location or leave." It couldn't be much more straight forward.
