Batosai began to reread chapter 4 as he failed to understand the lesson he was learning in the chapter. Upon reading it before, Batosai didn't understand it at all. But as he began reading it again, it seemed to be more clearer. As if Batosai wasn't trying to read it. He read through the chapter as he begun to learn more about the chakra network and its' importance. He learned that the chakra network is pretty similar to the blood system. That chakra network is more strong around the organs and the heart. As he continued to read he learned about the eight gates in the network, that could possibly increase your power. Batosai more into detail of each gate, amazed and seemed interested.

After finishing reading the chapter, Batosai leaned back into his chair. He seemed to learn a lot more than he thought, or seemed to believe. Batosai flipped the paged slowly to chapter 5. He looked at the beginning of chapter 5 and thought to himself, "How much does a ninja need to know in order to survive. How long does it keep him alive."

Midori continued on reading about the boar. This chapter was long and annoying. She just wanted to ram the book shut and not read anymore because it was long and the way the book rambled on about how to shape it and how to focus your chakra into it was confusing already and it was just getting worse. She was getting the feeling that she never wanted to read another book in her life because this book rambled on in too much detail which made it even harder to understand and she was way to nervous to speak up and ask for help.

Still there was a reason why Midoru had taken a few days to master chakra molding. Not because she just was dilly dallying around. The girl had her problems with it too. Yet he had to. It was becoming clearer. Slowly, but surely the light within his head was beginning to illuminate this puzzle.

Kiketsu heard the teacher's words. He could have asked her for aid, but then this would not be the child's victory. He wanted to accomplish it on his own and not have a crutch. He continued to concentrate, trying to find his way on his own.

Slowly the dark within his mind was becoming brighter and brighter. Kiketsu could hear and feel it. Now it was just to see it. Once his lime eyes opened up to the world again he was a bit amazed. The chakra was whipping around his body. It looked like the wind with a cerulean color to it. The aura whipped smoothly around the ivory boy, slowly rising and descending. Good, he was almost there. Now that his chakra was in place the next step would be to create a clone.

"Teacher said the tiger seal." Kiketsu remembered as his fingers intertwined into the correct form. He was almost there. His mind and body's energy were synchronized. It would be the best time for him to create a clone. The whipping aura that coiled around him began to group together at his right side. It slowly began to group until there was an ice blue of a silhouette of feet and ankles.

The gentle breeze of Kiketsu's chakra was still clumping together the rest of the body.

Kiketsu had to keep focus to maintain the energy and sculpt into the his form. All he had to do was have a clear image of himself to shift the chakra. Still it was becoming a long process. He could feel bits and pieces of his energy draining from the pores in his skin. Had Midoru also felt this way? Kiketsu did not know since he never saw his dear sister perform this jutsu. She knew it, but he did not stay to ever see her perform it.

The sparkling whisps of alice blue chakra continued to form the body slowly. Now it had finished up to the waist. It still looked like a silhouette of blue, but sooner or later that would change. The wind like aura was beginning to circle around the lower body and form the torso.

Batosai flashed back into reality as he remember he had to finish reading the textbook. He placed his eyes towards the pages as he began to read about chapter 5. As he read throught the chapter he began to learn all about jutsus. He knew that there was three different types of jutsus (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu) but he never thought there would be more types of jutsu that can be performed. (Fuuinjutsu, Doujutsu, and Kinjutsu). "I didn't know there was more jutsu than people lead on." he mummbled. Upon learning the new types of jutsu, he noticed that there wasn't anymore information on them in this chapter. Besides reading on what type of jutsu they were there wasn't much to go from how or what they really was. Batosai read through the chapter with ease since he knew the majority of it.

Batosai turned the pages over to chapter 6 and began to read. Within five minutes of reading the chapter, Batosai got bored and decided to look to see if there was anymore information on the what he read earlier in the chapter. He flipped through page to page to see if it had anything new,, ignoring the rest. Upon finding nothing, Batosai took a deep breath as there was nothing he wanted to learn in the chapter. But not feeling like skipping something that might be important one day, he flipped through the pages all the way back to chapter 6.

Batosai began to reread chapter 6 again as he didn't want to miss any information that just might help one day, probably even save his life. But all he read in the chapter was the shinobi ranks in the chapter. He learned that every ninja started at the beginning of it all, a academy student. The ranking system starts from acadmey student to the kage himself/herself. Batosai noticed that all the different types of rank is all about their strength not physically, but mentally. As he read on, he learned how different each ninja's strength from each different rank. Batosai then began to think, "If they can get this strong then they mush have worked very hard and almost killed themselves to get where they are. If Sensei is his hard to understand, then what would a jounin or one of the ANBU will be like?" Batosai turned the pages to chapter 7 as he thought he learned enough about shinobi ranks.

Feeling a little uncomfortabe about where he was at in strength and power as a shinobi, Batosai took his time to think about what he had read. Realizing his current position, Batosai was even more determine to train. He wanted to train until his entire body was numb and motionless. Batosai didn't even care about resting at all, even though training like that seemed a little too extreme to an average academy student. But Batosai didn't want to be like the others, he wanted to be the best and learn from the best.

Batosai turned his attention back to his reading as he was on chapter 7. As he flipped through the pages, Batosai learned more about jutsus. He learned that each jutsu has an elemental affinity. They five main ones were fire, water, wind, earth, and lightning. But he also discovered there were more unique ones like wood, bugs, and etc. Upon reading this, Batosai began to think on what types of jutsu he should learn and from what element it should be. Feeling like there was no time to think about it yet he finished reading chapter 7.

Batosai read through chapter 8 as he wanted to start training. As he read throught chapter 8, he began to learn that the chapter was about teh advanced jutsus. He learned that some of these jutsus were dangerous and for some reason this made Batosai interested. He learned more than he thought he could to begin with. He learned that Kinjutsu was sealing jutsus, and there was no chance for him to study let alone try to learn as they seemed to be too advanced for him to learn. He also realized he could learn Doujutsu as they are for ninja with kekei genkai. The more he learned the more Batosai grew angry as he couldn't attempt to learn these jutsus. But as he looked to find Kinjutsu, he couldn't find anything about it. The only bits of information he found was that Kinjutsu was banned techniques and forbidden jutsu.

Batosai feeling a bit disappointed from not learning more on Kinjutsu turned the page over to the next chapter. He read through the chapter, which seemed to be about genjutsu. As he read, he got confused about a few things about genjutsu. First, genjutsu could do damage to you, which didn't make any sense to him as he didn't come to any harm when he came under genjutsu at the Mistress Office. Second, genjutsu can affect you even physically when its apparently only affects your mind. Batosai turned back to the beginning of the chapter in order to make sense of this he read.

Batosai reread the chapter again, but the same happened. Batosai made sense of a few things but not everything. He realized that genjutsu is able to do damage to you mentally but didn't understand how it could physically. Batosai looked for the answer page by page, but he could find nothing. "What the hell are they talking about? How can you become hurt in any way from genjutsu?" he asked himself as he continued to look through the pages in hopes of finding a answer. Feeling like reading the chapter over again, Batosai turned the pages back to the beginning of the chapter.

Batosai started to reread the chapter for the third time in a row. It seemed the more Batosai rereads the chapter, the more eager he become. Not eager to finish the book or anything else but to train and hone his skills. He slowly watched Hiru go ahead while Batosai fell behind. Just the thought of it pissed him off. He was felt in rage that he was getting close to ripping the book in half with his bare hands

Batosai soon snapped backed to reality and started to calm himself down before he made a scene. Once he calmed down, he continued to read the chapter. As he read through the chapter, things was finally making sense. It seemed that the third times a charm. Batosai finally understood that genjutsu could affect you mentally which in your own insanity, could possibly harm yourself or others around you. Feeling now fully understanding what the chapter was talking about, He turned the page to the what seemed to be the final chapter in the first unit of ninja basics.

Like a jigsaw puzzle coming together, the image of the ivory child became more apparent. It remained still as a shadow of blue but now had a chest arms, and shoulders. All left was the head. Before making that step though he continued to concentrate on creating any missed details. After all a dopple ganger need not be different.

There were a few things he had almost looked over. The earring in his ear. The scar on his tongue. The insignia of the scorpion with the snake's head on his sleeve. Even down to the little scratch in his palm that had happened from his hand seal training. Of course this would still be unknown to any viewer of the clone. It was still a shadow after all.

Yet in his mind there would be no detail left out. He was going for perfection on his first try.
